Had a well deserved splurge in lush today. Is it just the Brighton team or is it in every lush shop that the staff are all so kind and happy? I was served by such an awesome member of staff who gave me and my fiancé samples of volcano. Amazing customer service just sticks in my mind and makes for such a brilliant shopping experience. Can't wait to try all my new goodies and to get my skin back into tip top condition!

I’m a Lush Cosmetics Addict!

Nothing makes me happier than the thought of running a bath. It doesn’t matter where I am or what time of day it is, a bath is a bath and always a good idea! Before moving to where I currently live,I used to place orders and wait about 4 - 5 days to receive my Lush products. The items I used to order would always be seasonal which meant I wasn’t experiencing the products that had a cult following, I was buying blindly and relying on my own research into the ingredients to determine if I would like it, until three weeks ago. I can now go into my local Lush and speak to the awesome sales team and spend upwards of an hour (yes I really did) just letting my senses be enthralled. I’ve tried and tested so many different bath, shower and skin products in my time and I’ve finally found a shop that I feel comfortable in, knowing that the ingredients are transparent and I can ask a question and receive a little insight. Over on my instagram I’ve started doing an almost daily lush product reviews, and so far I’ve not come across an item I haven’t liked. Long may Lush reign!

Since moving across country from Jersey a couple of weeks ago I was feeling very down and out of sorts into I told myself to pull myself together. I knew for almost a year that my fiancé and I would be moving for his work but I didn't expect to miss my Jersey so much! I knew everything about Jersey but I know nothing about the little town were in at the mo and I feel so peculiar and isolated. I've found myself uninspired and down but then I thought that I have a lot to be positive for and to be happy about. There's a lot we can't control but the things I can control I can make the most of and I have a lot to be grateful for so its time to start showing it! So I decided to get my palettes out of the boxes that aren't in storage and put my face on to feel like my usual self! Feeling like today will be a positive Sunday featuring a Sunday selfie! ❤️👑💄🏡😊
