she's fucked. she's worked so hard on making sure her name stays off people's lips. it's all fun and games to heal the occasional nice hunter, but if people found out about her they'd bring back the mean ones who read the word witch in a book once and thought they had a right to kill off every single one they could find.

she uses a rag to clean off the residue of blood. no magic or medical knowledge could make the feeling or smell of the crimson red disappear, this is her best solution for now. it's not a quick fix, her magic is too unstable for that, but it keeps them alive and from retaining any lingering damages. "how did you find me?" she's genuinely curious. she doesn't broadcast her powers - most people just thought she was a fake tarot reader.

her forearm has been itching all day. the small scarred 'w' is surely red and irritated beneath her long sleeve. she's been trying to keep more of an open mind towards hunters ever since prim joined her coven, but it's hard to do when her body is reacting to their presence. at times like this she regrets transforming her witch symbol to a hunter detector. "do you want a drink? i'm buying." maybe the alcohol would dull the pain and loosen her body. she hates being all tense.
