Bat and Cat, and their games of, well, cat and mouse... only it’s backwards!Â

I became a Packers fan long ago, but I was first a football fan. Didn’t have a team, just enjoyed the game. But the story of the Packers - no billionaire phony owner, a team which has never left its roots, and the legend of Lombardi - made me a die-hard fan.Â
Well, there was also that one guy called Aaron Rodgers...Â
Yay, another injury on the defense!Â
Another night to forget.
After eight games, we are here again. Sad, so very sad. Wish those guys had had a better end to the season. Wish Rodgers could have ended his magical run in a less embarrassing game. It’s awful. Half the team was hurt and, from the half that wasn’t, a bunch of guys never showed up to play. Not a good moment to point fingers, but the Packers’ organization should take some time to have a long, hard look at themselves and how they want to end next season. This season was insane, and most players have gone above and beyond to take this team here. Problem is, they need help. They need this organization to provide depth, and make sure injuries don’t impact this team so much. Aaron Rodgers is the most incredible QB to walk this Earth, but he too needs consistency to reach his full potential. He’s this team’s best weapon, but can’t be the only one. Every single team that plays the Packers know how to defend them: disrupt the passing game. Honestly, any other QB, and the Packers would not have reached the playoffs. Problems with the WRs, and the team has trouble scoring, depending on Rodgers to run and leave the pocket at every play.Â
I like our WRs and, if they keep Cook, I think we are cool. But the running game? I like Montgomery, but this is guy who has just been turned into a back. I hope the Packers draft a promising RB, and SEVERAL DBs and LBs! Take them all, Ted Thompson. Trade up. Sign someone on free agency, or this team will be without Rodgers when the next opportunity comes - which means it might take decades to come again.Â
Love, Packers nation. Â Â
Bat and Cat have had their fair share of kisses through the years, but this one is probably one of my favorites... I love how intimate this moment seems to be, and, if you read the story, you know it is. Selina even says it’s the best kiss she had in her life...Â
I highly recommend the reading of the arc, “House of Hush”. It’s from “Batman: Streets of Gotham”, #14 to #21. Great story by the master Paul Dini, art by the very talented Dustin Nguyen. It’s from many years ago, but it’s the kind of story that never feels old...Â
Batman realizing he’s about to enter the NC-17 moment of his nightly adventures.Â
What I love about those panels are Selina’s smile and her absolute confidence. Look how relaxed she is, absolutely sure she has the control of the situation, even though Batman is pinning her down.Â
And, of course, Robin’s expression. He was a clueless little kid at the time, wasn’t he?
As I type up this review, this is still the official solicitation for this comic that appears on DC's website: "STREETS AND SWAMPS! Swamp Thing comes to G
Review from issue #15 of Batman, from batman-news.com.
There’s some poetry in this Bat, after all.
Arguing over where they first met, and admitting it was love at first sight - I always knew that was what Batman and Catwoman talk about after rooftop sex! Really, Tom King, I have issues with your writing sometimes, but when it comes to “relationship goals for Batman and Catwoman”, you must be a mind reader, or something. Â
Bruce and Selina, having a moment... give me a million more.Â

What a beautiful picture. It makes me sad that we live in world in which we have so much homophobic BS going around that men, straight or gay, often avoid showing affection for each other. I think sports are probably one of the few situations in which many men find public displays of affection socially acceptable.Â
I love seeing men hug and showing their feelings for each other, no matter if it’s romantic love or just friendship, or like we see in the picture above: sharing joy and the feeling of a job well done. It looks so honest, so heartfelt. Two beautiful men, two amazing athletes, and a team effort.Â
We should have more pictures like this one going around the net, so our boys learn that showing love, care and respect for each other is always okay. Â Â
Finally, you guys!Â
So, although this here seems to be a sweet a moment, and I will, as a fan, cherish it forever, I can’t help but feel uneasy. Damn DC Comics has screwed us fans over so many times, it’s hard to trust again. Geez, I have trust issues with comic book editors! What has the world come to...
Just hope all this love doesn’t mean we are going to have some bullshit arc down the road in which Catwoman dies or betrays Batman. It would be so shameful, and yet so typical of DC...Â
But I’ve decided I’ll just take it as it is right now, and I’ll try to enjoy the ride for as long as it goes. Let’s hope this is just the first of many moments of similar exchanges between those long time lovers.

True grit.
Seriously, I couldn’t even look when Crosby kicked for the second time. How those guys manage to get anything done in moments like these is a concept beyond me. Well, I guess that’s what makes guys like them professionals... and a handful of them legends.Â
Go, Pack, go!Â
Hail Mary #3 - Aaron Rodgers to Randall Cobb | New York Giants @ Green Bay Packers (01/08/17)
So, you know when people say “I would have that guy’s baby?” Well, damn, someone SHOULD have Aaron Rodgers’ baby! Those genes must not be lost!Â
Imagine living a life as a football fan and never seeing throws like those? Imagine a world in which this kind of thing wasn’t even possible, because there was no Aaron Rodgers playing football! No, we can’t have that. Once we had the chance of seeing him play, we will always want to have it. Really, someone should clone this dude, or football might be meaningless once he retires.
Thank you, Aaron Rodgers. You’re an amazing creature to watch. Â
