Ib (Remake) on Steam

Ib (pronounced “Eeb,” similar to “Eve”) is a horror adventure game by kouri remade in RPG Maker MV. It involves an art gallery, and I translated it. Ahem, I mean… A young girl named Ib visits an art gallery with her parents. While observing the many exhibits, she suddenly realizes she is alone. And in her search for others, she finds things awry in the gallery… kouri has fully remade Ib and released it on Steam, and as of today’s update, an English language option with my translation has been added. The remake has redone graphics in a similar style but higher-resolution, and reworks a number of puzzles and areas with new elements. It has a general aim of making things more approachable for inexperienced players, and reducing some reflex-based elements from the original. The remake also introduces the ability to talk to your partner at any time for comments or advice, an autosave feature, and a button to switch to a zoomed-in view to see things more easily.

What really irks me in re3 remake is at the beginning when Brad says “it’s like Arklay on steroids” shut the fuck up Brad, you weren’t even there.

This has got to be the best glitch I’ve ever seen.

So we were playing Daymare 1998, and finished it last night, after playing since October 30th.

Somehow (we actually don’t know how because we were just playing the game) our game’s runtime went from nearly TWENTY FOUR HOURS to THIRTY MINUTES.

We didn’t do anything. We just played the game. We weren’t even trying to speed run

So now we hold the speed run record for Daymare 1998 except we don’t because it was a glitch.

And if you’re gonna ask, yes the PS4 registered it because we got the Runner trophy (for beating the game in 4 hours or less.)

I’m gonna say it.

Tumblr has one of the best filtering systems I’ve ever seen. I really wish other platforms had such a good system. It is really easy to use and is great for getting rid of content I’d never want to see.

It sucks that other platforms can’t get on this level. And really there’s no excuse why they can’t. Just do the opposite of a follow tags system.
