From Vancouver to Toronto
(Written while about to land)
Our flight from Vancouver to Toronto was a bit bumpy. Most of the time it was a smooth ride on an Airbus A320-200, but there were a few chunks of moderate turbulence. (Like right now- I'm writing this as we are landing. What's going on outside??) Otherwise, it was a pleasant flight.
Our flight path was one long arc that stretched from Vancouver to Flint, MI. Then the route pivoted eastward towards Toronto. It's weird that I'm flying to Toronto, but not staying.
Olesh and I missed our lunch opportunity in Vancouver, so we relied on the bistro menu for lunch. I have to say, the food was not bad. I had the Tuscan wrap, and Olesh had the Thai wrap. Were they the burgers that i was craving? No, but between the wraps, the free beverages, and the snacks we packed we were all set.
Though I packed a few books, I opted to watch a few episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm. The show makes me chuckle, but I absolutely don't want to be his friend.
