Since we we're kids, we realized that we we're unique from others around us who were not of us. From our distinct features such as our hair, skin tones, dialect, and style; we realized that we possessed something unique. Something special... our melanin. And that's something that needs to be embraced and made proud of from an early age, and not to be made ashamed of.
