Mo: Guess it depends on how long I keep 'em around-- as my wife, it is imperative that you remain brilliant forever, or I'll run our boozery into the ground by imbibing the product. If it's just Captain Sex Hair, it's fine. Wasn't planning on keeping him around much anyways when he and my brother have so many belligerent sexual tension, eh?
Mo: Damn straight. Well, you're the one's talking about spending money to visit dragons. I mean, do you have to pay to see a dragon? 'Cause in that case I definitely think schmoozing the Cool Uncle is in order. And I happen to like roughing it, thank you very much. I'm definitely the outdoors type.
Mo: So cautious optimism I guess then. I just don't wanna be fighting two fronts anymore if we can. Good to hear-- thought I was crazy talking to some people. I mean, I'm working with lil Goldstein about a project we got for the school, to keep the younger kits safe, and she keeps talking about how 18 is an "arbitrary number" when it comes to allowing kits to fight. I couldn't think of a nice way to point out that, despite the fact that she's ona Starfire's favorites, she's hardly gonna last long in a duel against a fully trained wizard aiming to kill, you know? I mean, points for commitment, but it's hardly arbitrary when it's about how far are you in your lessons. :P I think the future needs more than one drink...
Dominique: I thought we agreed that whether or not I was your wife we'd continue on as businesses partners anyway, for the sake of good food/drink. He's certainly one of the contenders, but there's a few others.
Dominique: I dunno, can you imagine we had dragon zoos like the muggle zoos? That'd be kinda cool. Maybe I can stay indoors with Uncle Charlie and you can camp in the backyard since you're so keen? What's so exciting about roughing it anyway?
Dominique: Cautious optimism sounds like it'll do. It is kinda arbitrary, I mean who just decides that 18 is appropriate to do all these thing that you couldn't do at 17? And I know that's the age we graduate and all but I'm sure there are some eighteen year olds who's skills are still that of a fifth year. It needs a night at the Three Broomsticks with us when Is is bartending.
