ΰ½ΰ½² ππ΄π°π½π²π΄ ΰ½ΰΎ is a rock band from Seattle, Washington formed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2019. Founded by local promoter and musician, Matt Reeves, the band existed initially as a project amongst friends. Due to CDC restrictions, the project was a necessary outlet while live music and tours were postponed. The band consists of Matt Reeves on bass, Kay Hernandez on drums, Pascual Kalenko on lead guitar and Chris LaPlante on vocals. They were later joined by Alex DeSantos on guitars. Without the ability to tour or play live shows for the first two years of their existence as a band, they became prolific song writers and released multiple albums, and an EP, via streaming platforms. With heavy metal riffs, pop melodies and dark lyrics, they gained a cult following. Later reaching a pinnacle with their third full length installment, Crepusculo. This release was a notably heavier departure from their prior works, also reaching impressive streaming numbers. This gave way to their first tour. With a string of underground successes and a growing following, they have announced a new tour for the fall of 2025, along with a hinted and awaited new release.
