#pampering is one of the things that really lift my mood up and the best time to get it is when you are not your 💯 I went for mine earlier this month @thathairtho.tht thanks to @tishtashtalks for introducing me. One of my favorite corners/service was mani and pedi. I was super impressed with the service and was so happy and relaxed about the chair. The chair was my favorite one ever. @kibsons I seriously thought it was going to be the same amount of work I would put it any other day for cooking but I was so wrong. @kibsons sends you a measured box of ingredients which are fresh and ready to start cooking. For someone like me who doesn’t usually cook but do like to be master chef sometimes I thought to give this a try. Don’t want to leave the kids or even take them with me to grocery to pick up only a few amounts of fresh ingredients this box just do wonders. It’s not an INSTAGRAM WORTHY PICTURE but I would love to share it with you guys today. I have been sick for past 3 days and today finally gave up to fast. I couldn’t take the head-spins, body aches, fever chills and lethargic feeling. I feel so hurt and sad that after 3 years of not fasting I finally had a chance and still my body is not ready. Well I finally went to the doctor and explained him what’s happening and he told me it sounds like your body has gotten weaker by these few fasts. He said AFTER HAVING TWO KIDS IN MATTER OF 2 YEARS YOUR BODY IS NOT COPYING WELL WITH FASTING. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE DEHYDRATED AND YOU NEED MULTIVITAMINS TO GET YOUR BODY BACK TO NORMAL. I came home and I cried. Cried so much that fever got back to me. Husband took the kids to bed and I was lying there on the sofa thinking what could I have done. I do accept the fact that post pregnancy I did not care for my body, I did not build my immune system back and most importantly why do I bring multi vitamins for my kids and husband and actually, genuinely forget to buy my own. So today is one of those days where I lost all my hope because I woke up with massive headache and baba was with the kids but he didn’t feed tht well and when I woke up I had to deal with two cranky kids crying and throwing tantrums like never before. I shouted at my older one and realized how wrong I am right now, it’s not his fault. I got myself together and fed them and now put them for a nap. Lying down here I realized the old saying HAPPY MOTHER HAPPY KIDS (or however it goes) We women are built with this feeling to take care of others before ourselves. But please I repeat and cannot day this enough TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF LIKE YOU WOULD FOR YOUR FAMILY. PUT YOURSELF FIRST TO BE THERE FOR YOUR FAMILY IN A BETTER WAY. AND PLEASE BE KIND TO EVERYONE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW SOMEONE IS HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME IN THEIR LIVES. So today I wanted to dedicate this post to one and only best of the bestest friend/sister. Oh my dear sister you have been have been the underlying lifeline and support before and after mum passed away. You guided me how to take care of the younger two sisters and still live my own life. After mum passed away you were so kind and caring that you sacrificed your own time for us to stick together and you still do. I have been lucky to call you sister and actually make some amazing memories and spend time with you. You have been there for me no matter what the cost and helped me through it all. You have shown me how to be kind and respectful to others. You were always there to hold my hand and show me the right way. RAMADAN KAREEM Wanted to start this holly month with the biggest smile on my face. This man is one of the reasons I am where I am today and I am grateful. I start this Ramadan with the NEEYAH of bringing more love, respect and gratitude in our family. Good morning everyone So I have had couple of days off the social media and I guess I was doing a #detox but it’s more like what I needed to cope with #life I have been feeling very overwhelmed lately, trying to get everything ticked, trying to get everything perfect, trying to get everyone happy. And this really pushed me into the dark zone where I just couldn’t deal with my self. The good part is I have some amazing following and family and some of the friends were there to actually bring me out of this phase. I am@not one of those people who like to shove myself onto someone but I do make sure I explain my feelings. So what I have decided lately is everything is ok, I have every blessing I could ask for so I should stop getting everyone else happy, or trying to get everything perfect. Life happens and no body is perfect so accept that and go on with what you need to do. We all are capable of what we have on the plate and tackle it beautifully. @xparkjr today with the boys @realmumsgroup gave an amazing opportunity to enjoy a lovely breakfast @xparkjr @xparkjr is an amazing #outdoor setting for kids to enjoy so much about #nature. They have running water streams to couple of animals for petting 😱😍 @xparkjr will be closing in end of June for renovations but before that it’s time to enjoy as much as you can. @pamperspure has been launched in #uae #qatar I am so excited to try this range from @pampersarabia I have always used pampers specially for night time because of their performance. Now #puregoals @pamperspure is plant based and it still does not compromise on the performance. @sublimenursing was really helpful today with musa. There was a meditation gong session after and I could enjoy that because I was sure that musa was well taken care of in the kids area. The nurses are really professional and highly experienced.
