Why is it that people can’t seem to understand priority over accountability.

It’s so petty and immature to play the victim role, instead of taking responsibility for what you need to.

Conflicts are big productivity killer

- it either breaks you (taking time to re-build yoursef again)

But a better approach to this is let it re-structure your thinking. Sort out the conflict and move forward.

Moving on - may just mean ignore the issue. But moving forward is about learning from the conflict itself.
