Fireworks, on the ninth day of chinese new year.
peacock, at a famosa malacca.
jellyfish, at underwater world singapore. the underwater animal i am always most interested to shoot at underwater aquariums is the jellyfish, the way their 'veins' light up in synchronization with the cleverly engineered light changes fascinates me. the fluidity of their bodies and 'arms' is so mesmerizing and hypnotizing. i just cant stop staring at them.
cat socks. from korea :3
macaroons. too cute to eat!
blue skies fluffy clouds, at 5pm.
um, hi!
Peep, is his name. he bleeps (or hoots) like an owl (duhhh...because he IS an owl?) when the button at the nape of his neck is pushed and shocking electric blue lights emanate from the bulbs that are his eyes. love it to pieces. loving it more cuz it was a gift from him :)
pigeons, canoodling. birds mate for life, it warms my heart to think that this pair will stay together forever.
kl tower and the twin towers, zoomed in, at dawn.
bird's eye view of sunway lagoon, from 22 floors up, at 7am.
dragonfly, too beautiful for any words.
white stock, traveling off the beaten track.
OMG THIS. OMG *dies of too much drool*
takeru tsuyoshi, the anubis pen from universal studios singapore.
crying is therapeutic. tears, they fall so easily, but makes your heart feel better afterwards. i smile to myself and then i wipe them off with the corner of my blue towel. i have no energy or motivation needed to get started on my 2.5k words essay on cinematic realism, having to watch a film of a bicycle being stolen in post-war italy is depressing enough with all the stress in my life recently, what is more depressing is that the entire film is shot in black and white. why do we have to analyse films made in 1948? i really want/need/crave for some colour in life right now.
box wall. housing automobile spare parts, back at paternal grandparents' more than 50year old shophouse at sungai petani.
