reminder that losing weight, especially a lot of weight and especially over the course of a short period (like several months or shorter) has been proven time and time again to be unhealthier than just staying fat. when people tell you to lose weight for health reasons they are lying or are being made purposefully uninformed. its a lie put in place by diet companies and doctors too lazy to do their jobs. weight by itself has no bearing on how healthy a person is, and losing a ton of weight has so many risks and health concerns, ESPECIALLY when we start talking about diet pills and weight loss surgery.

seriously, if you don’t need it, and i can almost 100% guarantee you don’t fucking need it, never get weight loss surgery. it will kill you. get off ozempic if you don’t need it, it will kill you and it will kill the diabetic that does needs that medication but doesn’t have access due to its overuse in diet circles. stop obsessive dieting and on and off starving yourself, it will kill you. being fat and alive is worth it, i promise.
