The Human Polenta-Pede Burger! So freaking good. it may look intimidating with the long ingredient list and multiple steps, but HEY, nothing worth having in this world is easy... except for me. Irl though it was way easier than I thought since all the steps are low maintenance and are timed pretty well. Just make sure your grill or pan is hot hot hot (like that song) when frying up that polenta! Can’t wait to try another!
Baby You Can Chive My Car Buroger!
Made my first burger from the cookbook, "A Good Manchengo is Hard to Find." It turned out amazing! Looking forward to making others (while wearing my Louise hoodie, naturally).
The One Yam Band with a side of fried pickles! So good!
Bet it all on the black garlic burger
Did I win the mini-van?
I made the first burger that caught my eye- The Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka-Dot Zucchini burger! It was amazing. We used plain Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt to keep it from running like plain yogurt tends to. 11/10, definitely recommend. I feel like a real Belcher. :')
New Bacon-ings Burger with Bacon-y Fries. First ever Bob's Burger recipe. Simple but delicious! Can't wait to try more
I love chives, so the first burger I had to make was the Baby You Can Chive My Car. I've had an aversion to fried food lately so I just used regular old pickle chips. I also added a "Stoplight Salad": red and yellow tomatoes, chives, oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Houmus a Tune burger, second try
Free to Brie you & me. Added sprouts, arugula, and (instead of gherkins)- bacon. 10/10
In order: Never been feta, Sit and spinach, Final kraut down, Six scallion dollar man, One horse open slaw, Onion-tended circumstances, Summer thyme, Shake your honeymaker, Sympathy for the deviled egg. Tonight I'm making the Texas Chainsaw Massa-curd Burger
The weekend chef, cooking the cauliflower cumin from inside the house burger! yummy
Runny Out of Thyme Burger from "Sexy Dance Healing" Delicious, a bit messy once the yolk breaks, but one hell of a burger!
"It's Fun to Eat at the Rye-MCA" Burger. It was delicious!
"The Ten Scallion Dollar Man burger"! I made it in November. I made these for myself and my mom. My mom put a tomato on hers. These are also the first burgers I ever made (I made a different one for my stepdad called the Ham and Cheeseburger). Everyone was shocked by how good they were, especially my stepdad who is critical of cooked meats. Thank you to the creator of the blog for igniting my passion for cooking which I still enjoy to this day!
