There's excitement from the new, cute card sleeves, followed by panic at losing a precious little guy. Pup starts looking at the ones in her arms, then the ones Gabe scooped off the floor. Ok, there's Zorua... Archeops' head is peeking out there... Zeraora's paw is sticking out there... And Finizen is- ...Oh no!! It's Finizen that's gone!
"The dolphin one!! Finizen! He's missing!!"
Pup starts to fret instantly, fidgeting with their armful of buddies and subtly stomping the floor like a fed up rabbit.
"That Finizen was the last one on the shelf... I really wanted him... So cute... And so soft..."
Never mind that Pup is already racking up a crazy bill. Never mind that there is no need for violence in the Pokecenter. Gabe is eyeing everyone around them, looking for The Dolphin One...and there it is, in the arms of a teenage boy.
Time to be a bully.
The teenager's separated from his friends by the gigantic Brit who leers at the lanky Broccoli Head who's made off with the stolen goods.
"Give it." One hand's held out, his grin a leer. He's quite intense over.
"Bro, what-"
"Give. It." The grin widens.
Nothing is worth this. Finizen is returned. Gabe tucks The Dolphin One under one arm to return to Pup.
Luckily, Pup does not witness a single moment of the altercation, too busy fretting about the lost Finizen. Suddenly, it returns!
"My Finizen!!! Thank you, thank you, Gabey!!"
They nearly drop everything in their arms to hug Gabe, but stop just before anyone else falls to the floor. She simply gives him a friendly headbutt instead.
"...Ok- I think I'm ready to go now!!"
Pup freezes up a little as they make it to the counter, not expecting to make it here this quickly. She looks embarrassed before leaning up on her toes to not so subtly whisper something to Pac...
"...I've never had boba before- It looks like it would feel weird in my mouth..."
Maybe she's telling the truth, maybe it's Drilla's influence shitting on it for months on end after defecting to the Wardogs, maybe it's both. It's probably both. Nevertheless, they're fully unprepared and don't know what to do.
"...Maybe you should order first while I think about it, ok?"
Pac, of course, isn't privy to Drilla's predilections and intense feelings on this particular subject (or ANY subject, he doesn't spend time on social media!), so he just shoots Pup a look that's somewhere between surprise and acceptance.
"They have other things, too."
He's not going oh, that's okay, get a smoothie! maybe just tea!
He's Pac. That means he's glowering like someone's shot his beloved pet and left the carcass on his doorstep.
This is something Pup, by now, surely understands and doesn't take to heart, though.
And so he orders, and it is exactly as ridiculous to hear from his mouth as one might expect, and he's going to love EVERY sip.
It's taken some time to get used to Pac's intense resting bitch face, but Pup is almost used to it! Almost. They take a few seconds to look over the menu, apologizing profusely to the barista at the counter for taking so long.
She eventually makes up her mind, ordering a banana smoothie and a chocolate chip cookie. After the order, she shuffles shyly behind Pac, already taking up enough of other people's time, at least in their opinion.
"...Thank you for taking me out, Mr Pac-!" Pup peeks out from behind him, looking up at him and smiling a little, an arm around his back. They can't help but be clingy, no matter who it is they're with.

Clark just about laughs in his face, covering his mouth with his fist so it doesn't carry down the hallway. What a funny guy.
"Yeah, right. You don't wanna admit you're scared, so ya say it like that. That's fine. I'll take it. I mean, ya could just say it and make it easier on both of us."
He grins smugly, showing shiny white teeth as he leans forwards. He leans onto his toes to give himself another inch or two, trying to be more intimidating. Great job, Clark.
"I don't admit things," he says that very casually.
"Also we're the same size," not quite, Clark's like, at least a bit wider, and maybe a little more top heavy. And maybe his dick is bigger too, but Cassidy doesn't want to think about that too hard lest he start getting distracted. Height wise though? It's nice to not have to crank his neck up all the time just to get beat up or whatever. "I could take you. I have. I'll do it again."
Bitch.
Clark stands back flat on his feet, snorting and smiling awkwardly, briefly glancing away.
"...Yeah, right. No way. You're skinny and flimsy. Like paper. One good spear and you're done for. You and your sitcom pals just got lucky last time."
Something starts to bubble in his chest, something he hates to admit. A phantom sting in his ankle appears like a bad pin prick when he thinks about it more. Maybe he should stop thinking about it. But he can't help it.

Clark growls playfully, lunging up into Drilla's face as he gets yanked forwards. He reciprocates the gesture, throwing his own hand into the other's hair and holding firm. He misses the days when it almost matched his own length, but he keeps that to himself. No matter the style of hair, Drilla's always been hot as fuck. What a catch.
"...Alright. Ya got me. Now what, handsome?"
Thereβs a grunt to the grip, tight as it has Drilla almost baring his teeth at the other. βWanted your attention.β He admits, easy but his eyes seem guarded just a bit. His hand reaches up now and he is tangling his fingers through strands until he can get the same tight grip he is getting. He almost shakes the others head much like a dog. βNow I justΒ wanted to hold you still. You are always moving around, canβt get a good look at ya sometimes. Pretty face and allβshould be appreciated sometimes. But shit you are holding on hard.β It makes him dizzy, the longer Clark keeps that hold on. He is not letting up either, a weird tug of war on something more then just hair here.Β
Clark smiles deviously, noses nearly touching at how close he is to Dan. His grip doesn't loosen, but it doesn't tighten either. He holds firm, for now.
"Well, you sure did get my attention. And ya got me still enough too. Go 'head. Appreciate me like ya should, pretty boy."
He looks straight into his eyes, voice rough from smoking, but it's not sandpaper. More like a cat's tongue, oddly soothing in a way the right people appreciate.
He never needs permission but in this case it was granted and he takes his fill. His eyes graze over even as close as they are and finally, finally he tilts his head to spare a chaste kiss to the corner of Clarkβs face. Itβs quick, the same goes for the second on the other side as he moves to kiss other parts of Clarks face quick and sweet but never quite landing the mark. The grip tightens then lessens in blonde strands before he is smiling at him under his grip. βEnough for you?β The voice scratches with his accent, slipping as he blinks.Β
Clark's blush gets steadily darker as Drilla moves in, savoring the short kisses as much as he can. Delicious. He could stare into those gorgeous eyes forever.
"Hmm... I dunno. I could always go for more..."
He smirks knowingly. He's a greedy bastard and he knows it. Might as well just be blunt about it.
"More?" Drilla sneers, hand finally loosening up in hair but it finds a new residency on gripping tight on Clarks jaw. He shakes it like he were a mutt and he smiles all teeth. A kind of smile that screamsΒ I can eat you whole,Β but it falls apart with the way his eyes dance with a certain glee. Something Clark gives to him only, he was sure his gaze wasn't quite the same when he was around. "Greedy. Why should I give you more. I got what I wanted already." Tongue pokes out to lick around a tooth, testing.Β
"Oh... I didn't say nothin' about giving."
Clark's grip suddenly tightens, moving his other hand to Drilla's shoulder as he moves in like a shark smelling blood, kissing and nipping and licking any and all exposed skin he can get his mouth around. He encroaches further into Drilla's space, nearly touching but not, just about able to feel his body heat. He starts to make some noise, moaning slightly as he keeps working. Heavenly.
Like a simple bystander, Drilla was immobile to do anything but relent. He would be capable to pry Clark off if he really wanted too. But he didn't. He wants all of this, everything Clark gives or takes or wants. Simple in the way he moves with the other while his hand molds itself to the back of Clark's neck until he could almost feel his spine on his fingertips. "Your just a tease." He says through gritted teeth.
Clark laughs, low and sweet, looking up at Drilla with blown out eyes and a devious look.
"Oh, is that it? You gonna do somethin' about it now?"
He grins as he keeps taunting him, visibly licking his teeth, priming for more nipping and biting. Drilla is one of the tastiest people he's bitten into. Don't get him started on how thick and juicy his muscles have gotten recently. And his scent? Perfection in every way.

They try to reach up and grab them, but a few smaller plushies tumble to the floor. She's too locked in to the task at hand to notice the spill. Oh dear...
Okay. Priorities. Grabbing the spilled plushies is important, yes, but there's no way in hell Pup is going to reach those sleeves without assistance, so he starts by snagging them for her, THEN kneeling to grab a few of the plushies, noting that one is Zorua and the other is- okay, he doesn't know this one, actually. No matter.

Pac is scowling as he skims the menu at the boba tea place. He does not seem like a boba tea man, but this is a Pup Outing, and Gabe swore he'd enjoy it, so here they are.
He's not scowling at the menu, mind- instead, at the people in front of them in line, who are taking forever. He's not feeling patient and is about to cause a scene...
Pup is blissfully unaware of Pac's mood, gently holding onto the hem of his shirt as they wait in line. She doesn't mind waiting, the only thing she minds is standing for a while. Their legs start to hurt when standing for a while. She might be starting to feel it, now bracing onto Pac so they can stretch them out. Going forwards, backwards, a slow high step on each side... Ok! That's a bit better. Maybe. It'll do for now.
"...What are you gonna get, Mr. Pac?"
She speaks up after letting out a yawn, fully slumping against Pac now, arms loosely wrapped around him. They don't think he minds that much. Hopefully...
Pac is not a tall man, but he's a strong one, and he doesn't mind being support. It takes a far larger person than Pup to throw him off his balance. Sure, he doesn't actively return the hug-slash-embrace, but he stands there anyway, arms folded across his massive chest (very disproportionate to his stature) and tolerates it all the same.
"...Honey milk tea with regular boba."
So much for being a black coffee and fuck everything else man. There's a little sweet tooth in him after all.
It's finally their turn, and Pac more or less drags Pup forward with him towards the register.
"Go on. Order what you'd like."
