It tasted fine, not too sour and not a very strong 'medicine' taste at all. It was almost unnoticeable. These aren't sticky gummies and didn't leave any residue or aftertaste. By 8pm I felt the CBD's effect on my anxiety and also, to some extent, on my back pain. It didn't give me any head effect but I definitely noticed a difference in my mood for the better.
