This is going to be uncomfortable for some, including me (expecially me), but it's important based on some recent comments.

All three of these bodies are the same person. Me. Taken in the span of 2 minutes with no special lighting or filters.

While I do not airbrush or manipulate any of my photos, I DO know what works for my body.

What you see in all of the carefully curated images, it's smoke and mirrors. Please, know that. 

I am also still an absolute badass who can light water on fire out of sheer will and determination.

I am a proud mother of three remarkable daughters who teach me new things about themselves and myself every day.

I have real flaws, and quirks, and gobs of self image issues. I actively work on that. Every day. And, while could pay an absurd amount of money for someone to slice me open and cut it all away, I feel like I've earned some grace and I'm working to be comfortable in my own, saggy skin.

Give yourself a break, show yourself some compassion and stop stressing about things out of your control.
