HEY YOU GUYS

The (Amazing) Chosen Ones AKA TACO is having a GRAND REOPENING. WHOOOOOOOOP.

We are planning on having this joyous event on SUNDAY!!  Hooray for Sunday when Sundaes must be eaten and churches and not going to work but most importantly TACO.

Things are going to be a bit different for a while.  Every week (again on SUNDAY) you will get your new plot points in your submit box (this means open them, asks will not be enough) these plots should be completed by the following (guess when) SUNDAY so you'll be ready for the next ones.

Now, I can already hear you "BUT SUZY, it is the nature of stories not to have every character doing things at all times, have you written side plots so everyone has something to do or will I be forced to sit on my sexy heine when my character isn't involved in the main story?" To which I say NO and NO again! The weeks when you have no plots I expect YOU to have side plots for yourself JUST LIKE BEFORE.  These can be character developing or patrolling or just plain old fun.  You can even, dare I say, have such plots when you are ALSO involved in a main plot point.  

SO regardless of whether I say "your plot is this" or I say nothing at all you are expected to have threads going with someone as often as possible.  More is better but we are all busy people who can't all have 18 paras going at once.  I like to have like...2?  IDK!

Open Character: Cordelia Chase

After the battle during Graduation, Cordelia left. Shortly after, she met up with Angel in LA. They got to know each other, fought the good fight, and worked together along with others to destroy evil. Cordelia helped Angel in more ways than one, and they eventually became very close and intimate. Cordelia became more that just the shallow girl that she was in High School. She became a valid member of the team who was incredibly useful to their purpose.

Her value became even more noticeable as it was discovered that she was psychic, could see into the future. Her premonitions helped to defeat evil and predict the next big bads. This was a useful talent, but Cordelia was conflicted by her sense of purpose and her feelings for Angel as time progressed.

Since coming to Rome, her relationship with Angel has been put on a permanent hold.  First due to Angelus, then due to her expected baby with Xander Harris.  This child has brought her into a relationship with Xander after a long internal struggle.

The death of Rupert Giles left a heartbroken Cordelia as half-owner of the Magic Box alongside her boyfriend’s ex-fiancee Anya Jenkins.  A situation which has been awkward but tolerable.  

Currently, Cordelia is being held by a man named Dmitri who promises a bright future for her and her daughter, however, Cordelia is unsure of how she got there, or even her own name.  The only things she can remember are an eyepatch, a penciled drawing of herself, and a book written in a language she doesn’t even recognize.  What could these things mean?  Will anyone ever come looking for her?

TACO has been undergoing some pretty major changes lately.  Be sure to watch us for even more.

Note to applicants: Many of our open characters are no longer on our open page.  This is a temporary thing and we'll be adding them back in once we fill some of the major roles (which you may apply for here ahem!) So if there was someone you were really wanting to apply for, never fear!  You will have the opportunity soon!

There will be plot updates and new bios coming in the next few days so keep a weather eye on the horizon yoho!  We'll be back in full force soon.

Taken Character: Daniel "Oz" Osbourne

Daniel, or Oz, as he would rather be called, is a werewolf. It's something that he has learned to live with, despite the many drawbacks that come with it. He had been terrified of hurting someone while under the influence of the wolf, and that greatly affected his relationship with Willow, and ultimately, his life.

In college, Oz set out on a mission to find himself. He want to learn how to control the wolf inside of him, so that it would be safe for Willow to be around him. He was so nervous about the danger that he may cause people, that he had to run away from the fear and potential problems that he may cause for those he love. Willow loved him, but when he came back from her, things were different. She was in a relationship with Tara Maclay, and Oz was absolutely devastated. 

Needless to say, he still had a lot of soul searching to do. Oz traveled the world. He went to Romania, Russia, China, all in a effort to figure how how he could control the wolf within and make a life for himself. Willow was still on his mind, but he pushed it aside, indulging in new woman with every new location he visited. Oz was just hopping from place to place, discovering himself with every stop. 

Until the day that he heard about the happenings in Rome, where the entire gang was now living. Oz decided that he would go there, as he was in control of his wolfiness and able to tame his feelings for Willow. He is back in with the gang to fight evil, and even though the full moon still calls, he's in full control of himself now and he hopes that it will make an impression on everyone. 

Now that he has found his Italian roots, Oz is hoping to become more helpful with Scooby life.  With Cordelia missing, Buffy in a coma, and Willow still reeling from her stint as Will, how long will it be before some evil power sets its sights on Oz?  His wolf senses are constantly tingling. But what could be wrong?

Our plot for season two is just starting to take off!

With the Malocchio defeated, Buffy finds herself at a loss for what to do, harping in the damages that had been done to all. The Scoobies are all scattered, and while they are weak and separated, Wolfram and Hart is moving in, trying to take up the territory in Rome that's populated by demons. They've begun funding a Vampire Ring of Human Slave Trading, but is that all Wolfram and Hart is up to? 

And who are these mysterious people, claiming to follow the Creator? And what do they mean by purging the world? Is Wolfram and Hart involved in this? You'll have to join to find out!

We have many open canon roles, as well as OCs available. On top of that, feel free to create your own character to join the group as! We at TACO are fun loving, open, and friendly and would love to have any new members who love Buffy: The Vampire Slayer just as much as we do, join!
