Ephemeral

2 oz Old Tom Gin, 1 oz dry vermouth, 1 barspoon St. Germain, 1 dash celery bitters.  Stir and strain, garnish with grapefruit twist.

We didn’t have celery bitters, so I’m not sure we can really say we made this cocktail.  It’s only a dash, but I bet it would lend a distinctive taste to the concoction.  Regardless, we liked this one but made the second round with a little more St. Germain and a little less vermouth.  We’re loving the local Ould Tom Gin from Downslope Distilling.
