life right now for me isn’t what i expected it to be, but it’s okay. i’m doing my best where i’m at. i’ve done a lot to get here, but at the same time, i’m just getting started. regardless, i’m on my way. i’m getting somewhere.

where passion, mission, vocation, and profession intersect. a sense of purpose. a reason for being.

i remember seeing this floating around the internet and the conversations i had with friends about how anxious we get at the end of each day questioning whether we’re taking the right steps in the direction of our own ideas of success, sometimes even stumbling to define what that success means for the each of us. living in the age of social media, it’s easier for us to feel lost at sea… the ocean only made even more vast by the many success stories surrounding us. it’s hard to swim and navigate your own way and oftentimes it just feels like we spend our day to day treading the water, working so hard just to stay afloat. it’s important to remember though that life is all about timing and a bit of luck. so really all you can do is try as much as you can with each passing day. prepare for your time and be patient. dreams and success have no age limit, you’re on your own schedule, you have your time coming, you’ll figure it out.
