Hello, I have discovered that people who do not experience synesthesia find it quite interesting, my synesthesia is that most things have colors, like emotions, voices, sounds, words, etc. each is different, for example voices have textures and are made of different materials but words are solid colors, and if I listen to a song enough times I get full images and animations that typically have nothing to do with the lyrics if the song has any

examples:

The word “Strawberry” is yellow like dandelions, despite them not coming in that color

feeling “happy” is gray like summer rain clouds

a stereotypical dog bark is green like wet grass

So if you would like to know the color of something I’ll be happy to answer, my asks are open

People seem to find my way of describing colors interesting

in an ask I answered I said that panic is blue like veins and ring pops

I thinks it’s because of the tonal shift in my examples of a color

I think people try to find reasons behind things like this

there isn’t

I said blue like veins not because panic is a fear response and lots of panic is triggered at blood or maybe the panic cause the blood to be seen

I said blue like veins because that is very easy way to visualize the color I experience, most people have seen that blue wiring underneath the skin

but humans like reason

so they assume

that coincidence mean something

and so when my next example is something seen as so childish like candy cracks their logic

you might assume I have panicked with a particular blue raspberry ring pop

no

Veins and ring pops are the same blue

and that is the blue in my mind when panic sets in like an irresponsible roommate that doesn’t get off the couch

but that perceived contrast intrigues people

And I intend to keep insinuating that human curiosity and want for pattern

I tend to process my emotions and physical sensations visually (especially through color), but it's a conscious process. I'm curious: what color is panic for you?

I process panic attacks as dark, bruise-purple ropes that wrap themselves around my organs (especially my lungs and stomach) and squeeze but I'm curious what an actual synesthete thinks
