Another salad 🥗
With crunchy senap sauce
Chrispy flatbread
Mix of millet and rice flour with zatar spice with olive oil
The picture is not great but the food was;)
Cauliflower augraten
First half boiled in water
Then prepared a mix of chikpeas floor olive oil salt and oregano and covered it and put it in the oven until it become crispy !!
Yummy 😋!
Banana millet flour coconut oil pancakes with dark chocolate and honey 🍯
Plain quinoa salad with lemon honey oregano dressing
Process
Clean and chop Cauliflower
Put it in the pot with just a little water so that it becomes softer but not overboiled.
When the water is gone and it is somewhat soft add coconut oil and stir fry
Add herbs and spices like curcuma black pepper some salt and let it cook until it gets a bit crispy.
Clean and chop a mature tomato and add it in the pot.
Let it cook for a while and then add more water so it becomes more like a soup.
Add olive oil and take it off the fire.
Put a cap on so that the food absorbs the flavours in a balanced way.
It is ready !!

Millet with Shiitake Mushrooms
My new favorite and super easy plus boosting recipe is with millet and ginger slices.
I have been cooking different variations of this with less or no Ginger. Adding more or less ingredients, like greens, or nuts, but the base is just millet with Oregano, olive oil and fresh 🍋 juice.
I also tried with different grains, like quinoa or amaranth.
Millet is cooked like rice, but it contains more nutrients and it is much gentler for the digestive system.
Once I cook the base (Millet, oregano, salt) I add more ingredients according to taste and I add olive oil and lemon for serving, that gives an extra yummy taste.
Today I enrich it with shiitake mushrooms and balsamic vinegar also some chickpeas that have been soaked for a day !
I have also added sesame seeds and it goes well with tahini paste too.

Ingredients: Porto Bello mushrooms, Sweet Potato, Ginger, spinach, basmati rice, raisins, black pepper, oregano, sea salt, paprika, coconut oil
Chop in big pieces the sweet potato, porto bello mushrooms and in smaller cubes the ginger.
Sauté the vegetables on the pan with coconut oil Add fresh grind black pepper, oregano, salt and paprika Add spinach leaves and let them get softer but not too much. Remove from heat Add fresh mint leaves
Prepare basmati rice in a lot of water Add salt Add raisins When rice is ready put everything in and mix it well together.
Remove from fire and enjoy this delicious yummy soup full of surprises where every ingredient maintains its taste.

Whole grain rice with spinach, red kidney beans, mushrooms, walnuts, aubergine and persil! Added turmeric fresh grind black pepper and Himalaya salt :)

Cook plain vegetables on a pan til they become softer Here I used broccoli sliced in small pieces Then I add some olive oil I had mixed in a bowl eggs with salt pepper and oregano I add them in the pan I remove and add some sliced tomatoes just to make them little warm I add them on the top of the omelet

Pleurotous mushrooms cooked on a pan When they're kind of brown you add organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar Serve with salad lettuce, cabbage , rocket, Finocchio
Make your own chocolate by melting dark chocolate and your own nut mix with cranberries and black pepper in the oven
Delicious spinach leaves slightly cooked on a pan add olive oil just at the end And serve with sesame seeds and dried and sliced figs :)
