If I had a nickel for every time a character from a show I love was supposed to be transgender but they were banned from explicitly bringing it up so it had to be reduced to mere subtextual implication I’d have two nickels.

Which isn’t a lot but it’s god damm shame it was allowed to happen even once.

Kai deserved to be explicitly a trans girl
