SPRAY
SPRAY is the upcoming exhibition initiated by Iman Rezai. High pressure, which, as soon as it is released, is applied in multi-coloured layers, imposed and generally perceived as blind destructive rage, serves Germany's fake-news pioneer as a thematic link.
The multi-perspective view of social phenomena and their binary opposites is provided by:
Iman Rezai Alessandro Rauschmann David Kroell Peter Behrbohm Rouven-Ragnar Materne Anton Steenbock Natalia Korotyaeva Flavio Degen Alireza Ghandchi Markus Bühler
//
Selection of works to be exhibited:
In Diogenes' resuscitation, Alessandro Rauschmann revives the Cynic Diogenes, who, in search of a real person, strode through the city in broad daylight with a lantern.
In his performance, Rauschmann wears the City Jacket, an object designed for people who spend their lives on the street.
Peter Behrbohm's Transformer P33 is the first representative of a completely new urban executive strategy, the aim of which is to largely dispense with the use of armed organs in the future.
Monumental: The Guillotine (Iman Rezai and Rouven Materne) is being exhibited for the first time, a high-spurred vulgar projection from 2012 that has been stirred up by international press.
Meditation of Evacuation (2011) was created by Alireza Ghandchi after the nuclear disaster in Fukushima. The video work shows a meditative repetition of an artistic and brutal excerpt from the collective despair of an entire country.
David Kroell looks at the processual change in materiality. The picture shows an inverted American flag, taken from a house wall in Detroit. The iconographic legibility is newly created.

SPRAY can be understood as exemplary art in context, but it does not have to be. The majority of rabid citizens, Brexit and Trump voters will also be welcomed and aesthetised!
