The Crais Chronicles

FARSCAPE Celebrating 24 years! This science fiction series revolves around a diverse group of beings who are fleeing a military organization called the Peacekeepers. These creatures live aboard a whale-like bio-mechanical ship called Moya--a living entity and formerly a prison ship. They are joined by John Crichton, an American astronaut who accidentally flies into a wormhole near Earth during an experimental space flight. In their escape, another stranger comes aboard: a stranded Peacekeeper pilot named Aeryn Sun. Despite his best efforts, Crichton makes enemies at every turn; primary among them are Peacekeeper Captain Bialar Crais, who seeks revenge for his dead brother, and Scorpius, who covets Crichton's wormhole knowledge.

This is such a perfect summation of the Peacekeepers in #Farscape. Space Nazis.

Scorpy was a brilliant character. And when they added "spear-carrier" Braca, the two were delicious.

Just sharing the link to my #Farscape fangirl side blog, The Crais Chronicles. It's about one of the best science fiction series I've ever loved. In particular, it's the 5 novels I wrote in an #AU where Crais tries to become a decent citizen. Of course, he can't seem to leave Moya's crew alone and remains a schemer throughout.

I hated what they did to Crais with a bloody passion. I still do. His redemptive arc was so well written...only to have he AND Talyn eat a bullet for the others.

Obviously, this is what inspired me to write five #Farscape novels to make up for DK's lack of vision. Crais-On!
