Dream Flight

One mind, One dream

One life unseen

so secure in the solitude of the mind

but caught in this dream

with only one life time

this dream becomes a life line

living in a new mindset

watching the sunset

fade to darkness

so scared to be heartless

so selfless

never selfish

always giving

and never truly living

for yourself

screw it!

no more living for them

no more giving up on yourself time and time again

its time to live

time to thrive and feel alive

in the time of a never ending ride

sometimes

i sit and watch the birds fly by

as they soar through the sky

living carelessly

flying free

i just think

one day that will be me
