I had made the decision of changing the decade of my Edwardian story called Starlet Alley to the 1960s.

Ernestine Chiffon Silkstone is a Seamstress and a Burlesque performer for The Starlettes dance troupe. She is Reliable, Fun-loving, Stubborn, Mischievous, Cunning, and Quick-witted. Ernestine is a leader of The Bleeding Jackdaws a group of vigilantes that protect the city from dangerous gangs and many other malicious criminals. During the day Ernestine helps her mother Iréné with her Boutique making luxury fashions and fancy costumes. After hours Ernestine goes undercover as a Burlesque performer in order to gather information and find the people she is after. When she isn’t working Ernestine enjoys partying with friends, Baking, Listening to records, and Playing baseball. She is best friends with Ruby Ellen a famous performer who has a heart of gold. Despite their busy schedules they still find time to call and write each other. Ernestine likes Wine, Roses, Cheese cake, and Sitcoms. She dislikes Rainy days, Being disorganized, Early mornings, and Onion soup.

Pearl Dubois is a actress and a dance captain for her burlesque troupe The Diamond Divas. She is Creative, Self-assured, Determined, Sensitive and a little bit of a perfectionist. Pearl has a dream of becoming a star like Ruby Ellen a famous opera diva she preforms with from time to time. Her sister Celeste had joined the troupe to help Pearl’s dream become a reality and to keep her sister out of trouble. She has a rivalry with Jasmine DeJewel being that she mocks and teases Pearl spreading rumors about her. Pearl use to admire and respect Jasmine until she began to show off her arrogant and repulsive attitude. She is known to be a perfectionist with her peers much to their dismay although most of them are patient with her. Knowing that The Diamond Divas are on thin ice with the Honeypot’s club owner Pearl is doing the best she can with her choreographer Mr.Nightingale. She likes Dancing, Champagne, and Romantic music. Pearl dislikes Laziness, Cold weather, and Rum.

Roxanna Rosewood is a 22 year old Nightclub waitress at The Dicey Palace. She is Blunt, Loyal, Self assured, Devious, and a little bit of a Temptress. Roxanna is another one of Beverly and Georgia’s Roommates that has a knack for trouble. She has a younger sister named Daphne that visits her from time to time.Roxanna is the leader of The HeartThrob’s a group of rebellious women who try to find a place of belonging. When she’s not working Roxanna does enjoy Partying with friends, Playing cards, Dance clubs, and going to the Movie theater. While Roxanna has her own sense of style she is open to trying out different fashions and looks. When someone gives Roxanna a hard time she will usually ignore it or she might slug them one. Despite her attitude Roxanna does her best to be a good friend and a good role model for her sister. She likes Hard liquor, Rock and roll music, and television she dislikes Gossip, Cold weather, and Tea.

Marybelle LaFaye is a 24 year old typing teacher who is the most responsible roommate of Beverly and Georgia’s. She is Graceful, Tomboyish, Scrapper, Loving, and hardworking. Marybelle has a balanced personal and professional life being that she takes her job very seriously. She can be a homebody for the most part but enjoys outdoor activities such as Fishing, Hunting, Rollerskating, and playing Baseball. Despite her Tomboyish personality Mary isn’t afraid of wearing make up and elegant dresses. When someone tries to mess with her Mary will either try to intimidate them or she might end up in a full on brawl. She can be motherly towards her roommates helping them make the right choices and giving good advice. Mary likes Reading, Wine, and Nature. She dislikes Cottage cheese, Crowded rooms, and being Disorganized.

Daisy Rue Hinsworth (Darling) is a house wife on a fruit and vegetable farm owned by her husband Vernon. She is Maternal, Sweet, Tomboyish, Overbearing, and Fierce. Daisy is a great cook famous for her homemade Buttermilk biscuits, Shrimp gumbo, Apple pie, and Her mama’s secret apple pie recipe. Her two children Archie and Mary are the apple of her eye which is the cause of her over protective nature. Daisy has an older sister Thelma Jean Darling that she doesn’t see or talk to anymore because of a grudge. Daisy likes Gardening, Baking, and Long walks through the trails. She dislikes being Rushed, Judgmental people, and Card games.

This is Thelma Jean Darling she is a southern belle at heart and a cabaret Performer for a Gentleman’s club called The Honeypot. She is well mannered, coquettish,devious, and a little playful. Thelma Jean never leaves her home unless she has a face full of make up and hair styled neatly. Thelma usually throws extravagant tea parties to catch her friends up with the latest gossip.She is known to play matchmaker with those closest to her much to their dismay. Thelma has a wealthy beau named Rodney T. Ravenheart who owns a cigar business. Her overly flirtatious nature has gotten her into trouble from time to time due to the fact she unknowingly sweet talks other gentlemen. She is also known for having a maternal side being that she longs for a child of her own. Thelma has a younger sister named Daisy Rue who isn’t too happy with her sister due to unfair “family arrangements”.Thelma likes Extravagant gifts, Apple pie, and Romance novels. Her dislikes are Humidity, Rejection and Spicy foods

Here is Georgia and her best friend Beverly at the beach. This story takes place during the 1960’s when Georgia a 20 year old car hop waitress moves in with her best friend Beverly a 21 year old mafia princess who couldn’t be more oblivious of her father’s work.
