They really do. I got off lightly though, I’ve dealt with worse people than that. Usually the ones who have too much to drink in the airport bar are worse.

Ah Karens, the worst of all entitled people. If she wanted Business she should’ve bought it in the first place, as far as I’m concerned.

Oh I told her that, but she wasn’t having any of it. She kept saying she was a frequent flyer and that she was entitled to it as a result. 

My love, I couldn’t care if you’ve won an Oscar, if you haven’t bought the damn class you don’t get upgraded. Simple. 

Ironically, we weren’t even serving champagne as we were literally only flying to Charlotte.

That was absolute hell. Complete and utter hell. I love my job but my god are the passengers awful...

Some old Karen decided she was entitled to free champagne and food throughout the whole flight even though she was flying Economy, not to mention she demanded an upgrade to Business. 

I need coffee and I need it fast.
