This is a gonna be a (hopefully) comprehensive post regarding everything you need to know about the Base 02 model, along with the things that EVERY 02 Variant has!

A Brief History (Guardian Project)
After the events of "The Great Multiversal Mess-Up" that took my multiverse by storm, the main multiverse had settled down into a Golden Age of Peace and Prosperity.
The main universe was recovering from the onslaught of tragedy and despair, and the Guardians of the Multiverse thought it best to leave the many characters there be for the time being. After all, they had earned their much deserved break from the torment of the guardians' vast boredom.
Instead, the Guardians decided to turn their sights to something else, *somewhere* else. Something completely new and unexplored:
The World Beyond Their Reach.
Hence, a place was born-- a place where they could test their new ideas, and prepare for the new adventures to come... on the outside.
It was their playground, a space to "playtest" new concepts and characters, before releasing them into their carefully constructed terrarium of a multiverse.
Their project, the GUARDIAN PROJECT.
02, as his name implies, is the second robot in a series of SIX unique robots for the "Guardian Project".
He was their chosen one, the only one that had passed all of their tests and abuse training. He was the only one.
Their answer to their boredom. Their solution to something new.
(More information on the Guardians, Their Creation, and the VOID will come someday.)
The Basics (Schematics)
Originally, 02 was inspired by FNAF Animatronics in the way his abdomen would open up-- and the fact he had a "outer shell" of sorts
Instinctually (or the closest thing it instinctual for a robot), 02s want to cover as much of their body as they can. They wanna blend in with those around them, since they are so fundamentally different.
02s all run off of HIGHLY CONCENTRATED MAGIC.
Theoretically, they can use classic electricity, but the amount they would require is outrageous.
These would be considered good energy sources, from most to least effective:
1) Monster SOULs (pockets of magic that contain dense magic)
2) Human SOULs
3) Pure Magic (magic attacks, blasts, etc. The stuff that comes out of people)
4) Monster Food
5) Electricity (Use this as a last resort)
They're vision, by default, can detect SOULs. Magic is harder to see for them.
There are. SO MANY weapons packed into that thing. Like so many.
If you see an 02 with FULLY Black shoes, they aren't actually shoes! That's their feet. They can pop out wheels at the bottoms of them like roller skates. THEY DO NOT HAVE TOES.
02s can generally change their body temperature for maximum comfort in cuddling. And also to not overheat and fry themselves.
Every 02 is capable of Multiversal Travel! This is due to the fact they are literally not from there.
Every 02 Has:
A TV + Antennae on their back. This functions as a light source, pocket dimensional storage, and... well, as a functional TV.
Large, lumbering plug tendrils. Think of it as large, metal tubing that functions similar to Nightmare's tentacles
Star Markings on their face. The placement usually doesn't matter, but a CONSISTENT placement is on the top right (our left) of his head.
A designation model number on his chest. Very rarely does an 02 not have his signature "02" marking.
Claws and Sharp teeth. These can be modified or changed, though, but they always have it originally.
SOUL CONTAINERS in their abdomen. These are the storage vessels for their "batteries".
LED, Screen Eyes. The color doesn't really matter though aha
A TV Remote. This device is used to help navigate their multiversal travel! Every universe has a unique set of numbers, like an ID address. Punch in the numbers and poof! They're there.
An ECHO AI! The levels of sentience and functionality do vary though, due to complications of omniversal travel between my multiverse and the UTMV. Their appearance can also vary.

Void Seed
One of the people who worked on the guardian project was an OC of mine named Quinn. At that point in time, Quinn did NOT fuck with the Guardians AT ALL since they betrayed him prior (and also like. sent his ass to the evil fucked up dimension for a long time).
So! His plan was simple.
He needed to kill these almost-god-like level people.
And luckily, he had the means to do so.
While he worked on the project, he had snuck something into 02's TV to hopefully grow into a beautiful, world-ending monstrosity.
(How he got such a thing will be discussed at a later time)
The entity that had caused the previous multiverse disaster, the thing that almost killed everyone.
And he had a remnant of it.
This entity, referred to as a Void Seed, is a small piece of my multiverses' VOID. It festers and grows, feeding off of the negative feelings, emotions, and trauma of anything it gets its hands on.
And it consumes and consumes and consumes until there is nothing left.
A entity so powerful, it can kill whole worlds-- whole multiverses if not stopped.
Luckily, it's main danger can only really be seen in my multiverse.
Essentially, the more suffering its host has to endure, the larger it grows. The larger it grows, the more threatening it gets.
Memory Tapes
During the transition between my multiverse to the UTMV, there was a complication.
The closest I could akin it to is taking a foreign language and trying to translate it into a different one. Some fundamental things that exist in my multiverse DON'T outside of it.
So, when 02 crossed that threshold, they were essentially TORN APART-- and PUT BACK TOGETHER in a way that would work in the UTMV.
Because of this, 02 had lost not only a good chunk of his abilities, but his battery source AND memories were lost-- one being lost while the other was completely erased.
Luckily, the Guardians had considered this possibility. In the chance that this would happen, they had prepared back-up TV tapes of all of the 02's memories prior to the transition-- hiding it safely away in their TV.
The 02 can find these tapes and insert it into their main console, reliving every memory (and trauma) they've ever had prior.
But sometimes, somethings are better left forgotten...
I've been HORRIBLY, HORRIBLY obsessed with literally one of my OCs for MONTHS (if you've been following me on any of my social media, you probably can guess who lol)-- to the point I've made like. a GAZILLION versions of them.
So many that I can't just share it all in one post >.>"

A few things I wanted to also say before I open the floodgates:
After a lot of deliberation, I have decided to treat 02s/TV/Radios/whatever-you-wanna-call-them as a CLOSED OC SPECIES.
I originally wouldn't have considered them as such, but a friend had brought up jokingly that the way I treated them was very similar to that- to which I agreed ^^'
This means that, while I had permitted the creation of people's own 02s, I probablyyyy would prefer my OC to stay under my jurisdiction for the time being.
For those of you who have already made your own 02s/TVs, don't worry! Feel free to continue however you wish :D
Just,,,, I simply ask for no more to be created from this point onward.
Again, this was a result of much thought and deliberation, and I ultimately decided that I'd be more comfortable this way.

Radio and Shattered, as of a few months ago, are no longer canonically shipped together.
Shattered's Creator (Galacii) and I discussed it a while back, and consider it for the best moving forward.
People can still ship the two together if they want, though!
Most of the things I will be posting here will have varying degrees of canonicity to the main story that they're a part of. I'll probably be a lot more clear about what's important to the overall story I wanted to tell on my main OC blog (@thedarkzyxabyss ), so just consider everything dubiously non-canon for now <3
