I want to share a story:
In the past few months, I have felt like God has been quiet. I know that seasons like this are often a test of faith—moments when trust must exist even without clear answers or signs. Still, the silence can feel heavy and, at times, overwhelming.
One morning, while listening to the Bible audio of 1 Peter, I felt a gentle urge to read 1 Peter, chapter 5 again.
I did. On my way to work, I found myself trying my hardest not to cry when I read it. God really does respond fast because the day before, I had visited a friend’s house, and we spent hours talking about our relationship with God and all that He does in our lives.
My heart felt full, yet fragile. In that moment, I felt a deep reassurance from my Father—a quiet but powerful reminder that He knows me, that I belong to Him, that I am God’s girl.
If you are experiencing something similar right now—if you feel like God is quiet—please know this: His silence does not mean His absence. It does not mean He is far away. He is right beside you, listening, watching, and working in ways you may not yet see. Sometimes, the quiet is where faith grows the deepest.
🙏🏼
