I never want to leave. In fact, I'm so pleased with The Fields, I have management automatically renew my lease every year. They don't even have to ask! I would never dream of leaving.

Milford: Hey so what’s with the flyers about the jacuzzi?

Henry: You mean the ones with the phone number?

Milford: Yeah. There’s a bunch of them on the trees out back.

Henry: Well you weren’t here yet, but like a year ago some lady died over there. Nothing gruesome or anything. She kinda just fell asleep and passed away. I think she was 70 something. But it was at the jacuzzi. She was laying right there on the wet pool bricks. Her legs were still in the tub. I guess people thought she was alive cause the jets were making her legs move all over the place.

Milford: So do people think she was murdered or something?

Henry: Nah. They think the jacuzzi is haunted.

Milford: Jesus Christ.

Henry: Yeah but that’s not the whole story. They’re not crazy to think that.

Milford: How so?

Henry: So this lady—we all assumed she was a resident. The thing is, everyone knows everyone here at The Fields. We’d never seen this lady. Ever. Turns out she snuck in. Guess she was in the mood for a nice hot soak and figured she’d take it here. And then bam. She closed her eyes and never opened them again. Ok so yeah nothing special there. Until someone finds out the name of the deceased. This lady actually lived here like seven years ago. She ended up getting kicked out. There’s a whole Yelp review about her side of the story. It was not pretty.

Milford: So...?

Henry: So people have “seen” her spirit around the jacuzzi on some nights. Multiple people. I’m not saying I’m one of them. But I’m not saying I’m not. Anyway, people want some answers. They think the jacuzzi is cursed..think there might be some restless spirits here at The Fields. And some nights you might see them. But you didn’t hear any of this from me.

Lease Violation

Mr. and Ms. Ledford,

Our service personnel tell me that your Relic was left outdoors during breezeway cleaning. As you know, this is a direct violation of your lease agreement. Now I’m sure you two have a very valid reason for why it was left outside, however, to maintain a community as prodigious as The Fields, we must enforce strict policies. Since this is your first offense, a $75.00 fee will be added to your next months rent and your repercussion card will be drawn from Tier 3. Our service personnel will be at your door shortly to deliver your card. Please be mindful of our policies in the future.

Community Morale

Dear Mr. Stringer, 

We are sorry you were unable to attend our Sunday Breakfast. At The Fields, we work very hard to give every resident the amazing living experience they deserve. We are a family here at The Fields, and absenteeism tends to put a damper on community morale. That being said, we hope to see you at our next community gathering! In the meantime, a service person will be at your door shortly to show you our video presentation in its entirety and give you a personal breakfast basket.

Sunday Breakfast!

Good morning Fellow Fields residents! 

Join us for a lovely Sunday breakfast next weekend! An amazing hot breakfast will be provided (pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, etc) as well as fresh fruit, pastries and mimosas! We also have a very special video presentation we have put together for your viewing pleasure! Breakfast starts at 7:00am and ends at 10:00am. If you are unable to attend, we will send a breakfast basket to your door and the video will be provided on your smart device.

Breezeway Cleaning!

Good morning Fellow Fields residents!

Our service personnel will be cleaning the breezeways next week. Make sure to move all welcome mats, trash cans, and any floor decor inside. Relics must be put in their designated storage containers and must be put back outside by 7:00pm, no exceptions. Management is not responsible for any damage to items left outside.

Community Bonfire/Movie Night!

Greetings Fellow Fields residents!

The Fields Apartments will be hosting a bonfire/movie night on July 3rd! Bring a friend and join us on the Green Lawn for a cozy night of action.. romance.. horror! Popcorn, snacks, and drinks will be provided! Admission is free. Just be sure you and your guest bring a personal item to throw into the community bonfire!

Community Event Reminder!

Good afternoon Fellow Fields residents! 

Don’t forget that tonight is the very first Meditation Under the Stars class! Join Yogi/Shaman Mari under the New Moon as she guides our busy souls into deep relaxation and melts away the stressors of our daily lives. The class will take place on the Green Lawn beginning at midnight and running to 2:00am. Yoga mats will be provided. As a general courtesy, residents who partake in Meditation Under the Stars must stay the entire duration of the class. Fields Coffee will be provided.

Class Reminder

Dear Ms. Henderson,

Thank you for signing up for Meditation Under the Stars! The class will take place at midnight on the Green Lawn. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours! Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweater. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. The class will be broken down into two parts:

Gentle stretching: Basic stretches for all levels to loosen body, mind, and spirit.

Chanting: Deep meditation, chanting, and onyx invocation.

As a courtesy to Yogi/Shaman Mari, all participants of Meditation Under the Stars must stay for the entire duration of the class. No exceptions. 

Fields Coffee will be provided.

Meditation Under the Stars

Happy Tuesday Fellow Fields residents! We are pleased to announce our new monthly community event, Meditation Under the Stars! Join Yogi/Shaman Mari on the third Friday of every month for two blissful hours of deep, guided relaxation, chanting, and meditation. The class will take place on the Green Lawn from midnight to 2:00am. Yoga mats will be provided.

Coffee Quota

Dear Mr. McClure,

It has come to our attention that you have not been enjoying the resident coffee machine. Our resident scan log shows that you have only made 1 cup(s) of coffee in the past month. As you know, the installation of our coffee machine also came with an updated lease agreement in which you, along with everyone else in The Fields, electronically signed. Now just as any community, there are penalties to those who break their lease agreement. To create a community as wonderful as The Fields, we need you to take these agreements very seriously. Please make sure to fill your coffee quota every month. And don’t forget, we offer tea blends as well!

New Coffee Machine

Good morning Fellow Fields residents! We are pleased to announce the installation of our brand new coffee machine! Stop by the clubhouse to experience the bold, rich flavors of our own locally sourced coffee, for free! The user friendly machine lets you choose from cappuccinos to macchiatos to strong espressos that will jump start your day! Just place your fingerprint on the resident scanner and the machine will prepare the drink of your choice! The machine will be accessible during clubhouse hours and will be refilled daily so drink up! And as a thanks for being a Fields Resident, a complimentary bag of Fields Coffee will be delivered to everyone’s unit.
