Pretty on the Outside, or Not [Gein/Silas]
He awoke with a gasp, ice-cold water causing his lungs to contract when his body told them not to. The Imperial sucked in hurried breaths and quickly shook his head to get the water away from his hair and out of his face; an action he would soon regret as a heavy, thundering sensation set in the back of his head.
Silas groaned, gritting his teeth and struggled against the chains that kept him tied to the table he was laying on. The shackles felt tight around his wrists, and the more he tugged on them the more they seemed to dig into his skin.
He hadn't seen anyone yet, but neither had he actively been looking around to see if he could spot someone either; not until now that is.
