As a Christian, I deeply agree with what this person is saying. In order for a child to be safe, they must know what is not acceptable for others to do. Sexual immorality is a sin, yes, but explaining the biology of sex, boundaries, and the concept of consent is not. We should also teach children that not every adult, including pastors or church leaders, is a safe adult.

If a child is unaware or forced into a state of ignorance, then we are practically throwing the lamb into the wolves' den.

Blog Introduction

Hello, this is the third time I have attempted to start a Tumblr blog. For a very long time, I struggled to write something that aligns with who I am. In this age of social media and instant gratification, we tend to forget that we are writing for ourselves and try to please the stranger whom we do not know.

I have always wanted to write fan fiction, but I have no idea where to begin. From my perspective, it feels like messages are lost to pleasure when it comes to fandom spaces. Everything is written to fulfill a desire or a fetish, making everyone forget the point of the source material in the first place. Truthfully, I don't wish to be that way. I want my work to have value, and I wish for it to glorify my creator.

My stories will demonstrate dark content and intimacy, if there is any, which will be implied or poetically stated. All of my fics, be they one-shots or full-on chapters, will always have warnings.

At the end of the day, there is a purpose. The lord blessed my hands with an ability to write, so I'll be using them accordingly.
