Been missing @nickyprosciutto's cooking for a hot minute so I decided to tackle one of his recipes I've been wanting to make for a long time. A variety of sauteed mushrooms (including a butt ton of chantrelles), toasted hazelnuts, and acini de pepe in a brown butter vinaigrette.
