The inch tall roach hybrid was busy scavenging for food when suddenly there was a large shadow overhead.

Agustin kneeled down, looking at the roach with curiosity. He had an urge to eat it but held himself back “…hello?”

Gilbert soon saw the other’s brightly feathered wings when he looked up, staring at them. He couldn’t help but feel slightly jealous- and nervous of course since birds usually ate insects. “Uhm- Hallo. Have you seen another Roach Hybrid around here- blonde hair and brown wings, blue eyes? … He’s my Bruder, and from what I gather he’s somewhere around here.”

"Um…no, sorry. I haven’t seen your brother." He thought back, trying to remember if he had ate the little roach’s brother. No…he didn’t think so…so what he said still stood true. He held out his hand, hoping that the little thing would climb on "I’m Agustin by the way….who are you?"

"Gilbert…" As he climbed up onto the other’s hand, keeping a careful grip so he wouldn’t fall no matter what. "You can fly, at least- No such luck for me."

"Gilbert…lovely name. Flying is amazing…I would take you but I don’t think that kind of height would be good for you…no offense." He chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck.

Yes, I'm blind. To be honest I've only used my wings to hover. I haven't used my wings for proper flight because I wouldn't have a clue where I'd be flying.
