Cassi is a patient, endlessly curious linguist who specializes in teaching struggling pebbles how to speak and communicate. (Like a speech therapist). When Grace and Rocky return to Erid she’s assigned to help Grace refine the Eridian he already knows adding in everyday slang. Though she keeps her job as a linguistic teacher for pebbles and is very passionate about it.

She gained the nickname Cassiopeia (Cassi) because the markings on her carapace resemble the constellation and because her overall shape resembles that of a jellyfish.
