-just to pity me- I already had a dalmatian, Russel and a yorkie, Floyd. Yesterday, dad left town, and he brought me his dog, a 80-kg massive dog (it's a dog usually used for the safety of sheep at the mountains), not so cool, Russel hates him. I got a fish because I really wanted a clown-fish (of course I named him Nemo). My house was already like a zoo. Ok, the reason for this messagemy pal got me a couple of days ago as a present for my bday a orange cat and I donno what how to name her. Help

You replace two of your meals (usually breakfast and lunch) with products by Special K. Any of their cereals, protein shakes, meal bars, etc. You have 2 snacks throughout the day by their brand and then you have your normal (healthy) dinner.
