Hello My Joys! I started having anxiety back in my freshman year in college. Since then it has gotten significantly better but when there are still days that I find myself anxious without a cause and without a cure. Today's video is a mix of advice from myself and those who are in my life who also have dealt with or helped others with their anxiety! I hope that it can be of use to you in your journey!
