okay guys, it’s a little baffling to me that people are reacting the way they have to @townstarfell’s posts, because a person of color has spoken out about the inequality pervasive in qr code designs and instead of listening and learning, people are whining about being attacked and how much time it takes to make different skin tones and threatening to take away their qr codes because people are asking for diversity??? honestly I’ve seen a number of ridiculous things said on this subject and I just want to say that if you think @townstarfell is in the wrong you can go ahead and unfollow me. I’ll be making new posts for all of my qr designs that reveal skin to include a full range of skin tones, and I apologize for not having done so in the past. I hope other qr code designers can recognize that the “inconvenience” of taking time to be inclusive is a pretty sad excuse for talking over poc and deciding that a little bit of your time is more important than helping to dismantle the assumption of light skin as the “default”
