PART 2: AGED NEGRONI AT THE HOUSE ON SATHORN
A couple of weeks ago, The House on Sathorn introduced our newest exclusive ‘Aged Negroni’, curated and crafted by The Bar’s talented mixologists. Now it’s the moment we have all been anticipating is here!
It’s been 3 weeks since our Negroni Urns have been buried. How did our Aged Negroni turn out? Find out below!
1) We dug out the hole in which the Negroni urns were buried at.
2) Once visible, take out the Negroni Urns.
3) Clean up the Negroni urns and unwrap the plastic around the urn. Pour the Aged Negroni mix into an empty bottle or vase.
Now that we’ve got our beautiful creation, it’s time to make the perfect classic Aged Negroni Cocktail!
1) Pour the ‘Aged Negroni’ into an empty glass, then add ice and stir. This is to ensure that the ‘Aged Negroni’ is nice and chilled.
2) Pour the chilled ‘Aged Negroni’ into a Crystal Rock glass with an ice sphere cube.
3) Finish off and garnish your classic Aged Negroni cocktail with an orange peel.

AGED NEGRONI AT THE HOUSE ON SATHORN
Any cocktail lover knows a good Negroni when they taste one. Originating since 1919, The Negroni is truly a classic cocktail that represents the history of cocktails and mixology. What’s that got to do with The House on Sathorn? Built since 1889, The House on Sathorn itself also has a long history of culture and fascinating stories. So with this in common, we’ve decided to pay tribute to the classic Negroni.
The House on Sathorn presents an exclusive ‘Aged Negroni’, curated and crafted by The Bar’s talented mixologists. Our mixologists have thoughtfully selected the finest ingredients and planned the aging process to perfection. How’s it done?
1. Every cocktail expert knows a Negroni consists of : Gin, Vermouth, Campari. Here at The House on Sathorn, we throw in a little twist.
2. We add the mixture of the spirits together evenly.
3. Make sure that the spirits are mixed thoroughly together.
4. Add the mixed Negroni into the pottery urn.
Once we’ve mixed our classic Negroni, now it’s time to ‘age’ it for the best authentic taste. The House on Sathorn has chosen a homey twist to the aging process. How’s it done?
1. We chose a nice spot in our backyard and dug a hole.
2. Wrapped the Negroni pottery urn to ensure no dirt or air gets into the pottery urn while it’s buried.
3. Place the wrapped Negroni pottery urn in the hole.
4. Make sure that the Negroni pottery urn is completely buried underground.
We age the Negroni urn for 3 weeks to ensure that it has the authentic taste we love! Stay tuned to see the results of our ‘Aged Negroni’ at The Bar, The House on Sathorn! #THEHOUSEONSATHORN
