Here is the truth...living life once you learn that external power is what tells us what we are supposed to do but finding your inner power gives you not only permission but a sense of authority to live our lives as we see ourselves and see others having the right to live life in the same manner...asking for permission to make choice and decisions that chart the course of your own life is akin to blasphemy because you would never even think of asking another person to question that they have the same fundamental right...treating each other as we with to be treated..then you don't need to ask anyone for permission because you inherently believe at your core that you would never act without understanding the impact of your actions on others because you know that your own independence exists only as long as you recognize the critical nature of recognizing and respecting the independence of other individuals...if you act without regard to your impact on others, that is when you begin to place your own independence in jeopardy and then you become visible on karma's radar...

Documents related to potential data breach of unknown magnitude

Summary of EU documents which may illegally link me to a data breach of multiple organizations of unknown magnitude both in the US and abroad.  I am posting these to confirm that while setting up a newly purchased device, I encountered unusual software and pre-selected settings that might have implicated me in a data breach conspiracy of unknown magnitude that may possibly even be global.

A person would always have the ability to present their argument to a jury of their peers and then be present to hear the verdict and understand the circumstances through a reasonable and rational channel such as in person or on the telephone. Before an individual would have to pay a fine for a speeding ticket, a judge has to issue a sentence detailing the requirements and expectations so that he or she can comply. And that's only in a situation where the individual has actually DONE something. Since when in the United States is a person supposed to suffer negative consequences as a result of something that they DIDN'T do? I understand that people are upset with me because I didn't do something that a certain person had indicated that I had a responsibility in these circumstances that no one ever advised me that this was expected of me and what the consequences if I were to not comply with this expectation nor was i offered an opportunity to assist with the addressing whatever problem existed that would require me to suffer some sort of negative consequences and find another solution apart from my having to suffer those consequences so maybe possibly no one has to suffer any consequences if everyone works together to find the best solution that address everyone's needs and interests, such as obligations made to them and liability resulting from those obligations if the nature of those was unlawful or illegal in any manner. Let me state this clearly - no one has ever met with me in person or spoken with me on the telephone to explain the nature of the situation, how i was involved or if I wasn'tinvolvedbut only impacted, the circumstances which necessitated that someone must suffer negative consequences as a result in order to rectify the situation and restore things back to order and when or where or by who had a decision been made that I was the person to suffer those negative consequences. So I am laying here wondering if there was a trial at some point where this decision was made because in our system in the US, no one ever has authority to decide to impose negative consequences on a person unless you are a judge and a jury of the individual's peers has rendered a guilty verdict for something that they DID, and never for something that they didn't do unless they failed to act as required under the law based on information that became available to them while having the ability to take action to prevent any further damage and correct the situation. Never know where the next great idea is going to come from...within the centers where the various teams will be based, each meeting room will have a small sign on the door that "Egos and Titles are to be left at the door" to remind everyone that the most critical factor to designing the most effective and efficient solutions to address the issues that The iCubed Network will tackle is everyone's collective thinking and engagement regardless of your role within the team or one of its partners that will be critical to achieving its desired results. Leaders will be asked to champion this slogan by actively soliciting thoughts and comments from members of a discussion group who haven't been shared during a meeting, recognizing team members who actively model proactive efforts to draw all members in a discussion into the brainstorming to ensure all possible ideas are heard and acknowledged and by sharing success stories of results when Inclusive decision-making processes are used. So the ones driving the decisions in this situation in what they have described as a Holy Crusade for complete and utter control of The iCubed Network by declaring war on the guy who actually had the idea as most of it is based on his life and his experiences with the people he has encountered from all corners of our world. After i share my intent to place the intellectual property assets in the hands of a trustee whom I will personally select...and subsequently The Council (comprised only of those men and women from all walks of life in America who accepted the invitation to serve last fall) will be the assembled board that will serve to govern the activities of the network of affiliated organizations to ensure that all activities and functions are solely focused on the power, potential and purpose of individuals and the value that their ideas can contribute to their communities. This will ensure that the influence and reach of the organizations are never used in a manner other than what they are intended to do. During the most challenging moments of the past six years, i would always focus on a desire that from this period that was so difficult in so many ways and marked by loss, I would accept nothing less than that good come out of this. Through the governance structure that will be put in place, I have essentially taken what are ideas that are my intellectual property assets developed from my life experiences, values, beliefs and lessons from my parents who were always of service in the community where we lived, I am giving these to the cause of the potential of people and their ideas, which is what I believe in most in this world, and creating an organization where these ideas can belong to anyone who chooses to make a similar commitment by becoming involved in the organization in any number of ways. Hey there..thanks for the message. It's a bit of a unique organization which will be called The iCubed Network, which will bring together businesses, government and nonprofits to work together on community issues. Working through some legal disputes with another party which claims to have had the exact same idea and is attempting to launch it in an expedited manner. Because of the nature of the value that the work of iCubed would deliver, only one organization of its kind can exist within a country's economy and jurisdiction because having two competing organizations would create such confusion that neither one could claim to provide the value inherent in the promise. It would fundamentally contradict the promise expressed in the mission statement if either chose to continue to operate in competition with one another. a representative of this other party which is trying to rush things in a almost bizarre manner solely to claim that they are first across the finish line even though all they will have accomplished is to create the perception that they can deliver on the promise because to actually build the organization which has the capability to deliver on the promise will take approximately a year of planning and development before it can begin operating and justify that the structure they built will deliver the value which that organization pledged they could in a multitude of presentations to a wide array of audiences concurrent to intentional actions taken to prevent me from learning of or interfering with any and all efforts that I might take to launch the concept which includes telling me repeatedly that a person whose reputation and connections would be a valuable asset to the project wanted to co-lead the planning and development efforts, even though I was aware that one of his major objectives was to use the positive attention resulting from his potential involvement would address a potential political and reputation image for he and several other persons. Just to add as a final note...grew up in the tight-knit little community of Crown Point, Indiana, which is about 35 miles southeast of Chicago, so spent a good amount of time in the city, graduated from Crown Point High School, where i found a passion for telling stories that impact us as editor of our high school newspaper, and attended Indiana University in another unique Midwestern city of Bloomington, Indiana, where the elements of a learning community were nestled in the woods and rolling hills across campus and the surrounding town, pledged Acacia Fraternity which was founded on the principles of great academics in history and studied Journalism and Political Science coming to grasp with the impacts our system of government has on our lives and how the free press can serve not only as a protector of the people from unchecked political and corporate interests but as a vehicle for elected officials, businesses protected as free enterprise and other members of the community can engage the media as a partner in their work but only by demonstrating a respect and possibly even a reverence for the fundamental role the free press serves in a democracy with the obligation to report on the activities of government and commerce that could potentially threaten the rights and privileges that are the foundation of individuals living their lives free to choose and follow their own path under a system where the only restrictions are prohibiting actions which would negatively impact other voters and taxpayers. A spirit to shine and a voice to be heard if only given a hand up to find his or her purpose and find fulfillment in their lives. I have spent so much time in the areas of our communities where the team members of The iCubed Network can go to help shape this concept of societal infrastructure to enhance the communities in which we live,work and play by leveraging the power of diversity and innovation. Once this "alternative" effort is shut down once and for all, then I can assemble my team and finally begin the planning for the development process known as the Design Phase. I am not able to provide any estimates regarding the timeline for the Design Phase and a very unique special event which will launch the formation of the network and kickoff the Design Phase until such time the issues with this "alternative" effort are addressed and resolved. So if you didn't hear the earlier announcement, I shared the governance structure for The iCubed Network, once it is legally chartered after the delay in addressing my positions on the points of contention on several legal questions have been addressed. I will be establishing a trust and appointing a trustee that will serve as the steward of the purpose, promise and potential of the nature of the concepts of The iCubed Network. This will be to ensure that no one person will ever have the chance to use the influence and resources of the organization for anything but enabling individuals to achieve their potential and to contribute to their community by making their ideas a reality. Once the other party finally accepts the terms i have stated and drops their effort that is based on unauthorized and unacceptable use of the intellectual property assets to realize financial gains and make unauthorized commitments and obligations which would were not aligned with the core nature and strategic objectives of the nonprofit corporations which will comprise The iCubed Network, I, Roderick Bradford, formerly known as Bradley James Much, will select the trustee and establish the trust.
