Stefina’s armor concept for an AU of mine that I’m working on right now

Note she does have retention chains on her coat of plates but I didn’t show them in the main drawing because I wanted to showcase her surcoat and didn’t want them to get in the way (you can see them in the 4th picture)

hey i know it’s been a while since i last posted and i am so sorry about my inactivity lately

i’ve really been struggling with my art for the last couple months and it’s been.... pretty bad ngl it’s been super stressful and was making me really unhappy and for a long time i couldn’t figure out why this was happening But! i recently figured out what the problems were and even better i think i know how to fix it which is what i’ve been doing for the last few days and it seems to be getting better!! so hopefully i should start posting more often soon but i wanted to let you guys know that i’m not actually dead and that i am extremely sorry about the lack of posts recently

#i am so so sorry i feel really bad about not posting more #not art #inker speaks #the two main issues have been #one i brushed up my anatomy a while ago and improved a lot and my brain just sorta went huzzah!! we know how to anatomy now #time to shoot ourselves in the foot and not look at references!!#which was not good and made me feel like my art was getting worse and Hoo Boy did that kill my motivation #and two i havent felt like my art has improved in a long time and that has been super demoralizing and really stressful #and fighting that felt like having to climb mount everest just to pick up my pencil let alone actually start drawing #but!!! now that i know this i know how to fix it!!!#which is first get back to using references again #and second learn a new art skill which will help improve my art overall #and even more important make me Feel like im improving #and that little feeling of accomplishment will help my motivation SO Much
