The Jindo Bunch

This started as a blog to find homes for ten Jindo puppies seeking homes in the Los Angeles area. This has now turned into the story of Lucy, a Jindo/shepherd mix, who came home with me.

Good girl Lucy is getting back on her feet, despite the heatwave.

Lucy got home last night after a traumatic week of surgery. She still has a way to go with recovery, on a cocktail of medications, but being home is good medicine. Please send your good wishes to my baby girl.

Sweet Lucy is in hospital, with a serious medical condition. Please light candles, summon good thoughts, and call upon the Force that she recovers soon.

The Jindo Bunch turned 13 today!

This means 13 years since I met my little Lucy and her little brothers and sisters who were seeking homes as a fluffy pile of rascals. My Lucy picked me to bring her home, and she grew up to become the sweetest, smartest, funny girl. Happy Jindo Bunchaversary!
