ABOUT THIS BLOG My name is Sloth, and TheJollyDoctor is my side-blog dedicated to Doctor Who. This is where I used to post fan fiction chapters each week, with links on my “Fictions” page, along with the occasional fan art. Now it functions as an archive, with the occasional queued gifset or fan art reblogged from other creators. My completed fan fictions (and some unfinished ones) are still available, but now redirect to FanFiction.net. My enthusiasm for Doctor Who remains, but I no longer have time to manage this blog. A good turn of events was Twelve seeming at first as if he would be the most dark and grumpy doctor (because honestly he was just unsure of who he was at first) but actually being really soft, compassionate and would do anything for those he cares about; went so far to try to save Clara, saved Ashildr’s life (which turned out bad but had good intentions), punched a racist for mistreating Bill, finally took River to the Singing Towers Of Darillium, and saved Missy + tried to help her become good, stayed on Earth for 70 years for her, because he wanted his best friend back. In reality, he wasn’t dark or mean at all, he only really looked kinda grumpy, except for when he smiled, which was always wonderful. I love him and miss him.
