I watched this webinar, and it is all about an intellectual property awareness seminar. This lecture is important for all listeners because it helped us understand the legal foundations, intellectual property rights, and, of course, technology transfer. I've discovered that everyone who has become wealthy and successful has done so because of their own intellectual property. I've learned that I should protect my intellectual property in order to benefit from it, as well as to monetize, regulate, and properly value it. Protecting my own intellectual property would allow me to protect my products from competitors, avoiding wasteful investments, and would allow me to improve and develop my product while maintaining its uniqueness. For example, if I want to start my own business, I should create my own trademark to make my product stand out and attract the attention of potential customers. Having my own trademark would imply that my product/brand would gain its own popularity as a result of its one-of-a-kind trademark. Being one-of-a-kind gives us an advantage in aiming for a higher goal. It gives us the impression that we are fully secure from our competitors. It also allows us to express our motivations for starting this type of business. Having our own intellectual property means we must protect it and allow our potential customers to see and appreciate its worth.
