The Phantom's Den Has opened it's doors!

Hello everyone here! I'm Kai, or TheJSABNerd, and I'm pleased to tell ya'll that this is the official grand opening of The Phantom's Den, or my ramblings about my JS&B AU: MultiFandom Madness!

My main cutie pie is Sakura Solgalai! They're half Kaiju, half Shape, and 100% Bipolar as all hell, so be cautious around the experimentally fused mercenary.

CH3VYS1LV3RAD0 IS BACK!

After much trial and error plus some TLC, CH3VYS1LV3RAD0 is back in action and ready to make some more art! I bought him a new keyboard since his built-in one is busted, and besides a few minor issues that need some further tweaking, he's operational!

Be on the lookout for some art in the near future!

So... in light of recent events, I have decided to free my boy from the shackles of [REDACTED] and give him a new life with me.

Aka, modifying his plushie form (slightly) to my liking without much hassle! I'll still use the character in my own stories separate from canon. (I don't have the appropriate stuff to continue drawing digitally, unfortunately.)

So, what I did was: 1. Removed the scrambler (but kept it to reuse as an acc) 2. Freed his tail (Idk why they had to stitch his tail to his body, let my boi move his tail) 3. Loosened up his jacket (Again, why is it stitched down) 4. Removed the Makeship tag (Cuz why not)

I don't really care if people think that modifying a plushie slightly is considered "butchering" it, I'm doing this for my own sake and his. . . (EDIT:) I'm retracting my original statement after new information has come to light, but shit's still messy af. I hope both parties get the proper help they need and this whole shitshow can die down. I'm still making fanart on the side, but I'll refrain from posting anything Pressure related until everything concludes. For now, Everything's gonna be strictly CRK, Regretevator, and JS&B related content.

Here's the codes for the wonderful Myth!Cookies AU I've created in Gacha Nebula for anyone to use. WARNING: PLEASE HAVE GACHA NEBULA INSTALLED TO SAFELY IMPORT THEM! They will break everything if you don't have the latest version of the Itch.io mod installed. Gacha Nebula download link here You also have to copy the entirety of the offline export code for them to appear; don't skip any characters/symbols! You'll also experience some form of lag/slowdown due to how detailed I made them, but feel free to adjust them to better fit your own styles!

Look for these buttons so you can import/export the characters! HAVE FUN, EVERYONE!!

Hey CRK folks, how'd ya'll feel if I drop this real quick?

I turned them all into mythical creatures :P

The Ancients' designs were inspired by the designs made by @azzmodeus PolyAncients AU with some slight differences, primarily Golden Cheese being a Phoenix and not a Harpy (I'm assuming that one was an Harpy based off of her ref sheet and the extra note about her Pre-Awakened form). The Beasts I just did freely and chose their creature-parts based off of their personalities.

First it was Animal Jam; now THIS?!

... I have no words. I know that Roblox tends to collab with different TV show production companies to make tie-in games that are based off of their shows, but did they really feel the need to make this?

I don't need (or want) to explain this game cause it does it for you in the first sentence of the description, but I just... I don't get it. Play it for yourself or don't, I don't care, but I think this game is an example of how we as a society keep straying further from God every single day.

I'm just gonna go play Regretevator and drown my sorrows by hanging out with Folly... at least she makes some sense in this ass-backwards world we live in.

This week's edition of Kai's Shitposts: weird things my mom does!

I swear, I think she's going through a midlife crisis or something cus how in the hell does she like FNAF more than when I used to? I mean, yeah I don't really like FNAF anymore for multiple reasons, but that's fine. But... she's really gotten into it ever since we went to watch the first movie together... should I do something or should I let it be and see what she does? I dunno, but I just find all of this really weird.

I was today years old when I learned...

That Parasitic Purge (Folly's Theme) sounds similar to another favorite song of mine, How Soon Is Now (Charmed Intro).

Me and my mother used to watch Charmed a lot when I was younger, and I found it quite intriguing how well they made a simple concept of a slice-of-life show revolving around 3 witch sisters so entertaining to watch.

Recently, I've been listening to How Soon Is Now again and noticed something... the first 10 seconds sounded... familiar. So, being the autistic void beast I am, I played both How Soon Is Now and Parasitic Purge at the same time and... they sounded the same!

Mind you, it's not the entirety of both songs that sound the same, just the first 10 seconds or so, but if you play them at the same time (either on YT on separate windows/tabs or using a music software like FL Studio or something else), you'll definitely hear it. That just begs the question, though...

God Giveth... and God taketh away.

On this day, September 3rd:

I received my official Sebastian Solace plushie in the mail after waiting half a month and facing delay after delay.

But... it appears I was meant to lose something today too.

After dinner, my cat knocked over my bottle of apple juice onto my laptop while I was playing Roblox, short-circuiting the keyboard and eventually bricking it. You were a good laptop, CH3VYS1LV3RAD0, you will be missed.

I won't be able to post anymore artwork, much less even make some, until I can afford a new one, which won't be for a while (I don't know, honestly), but I'll try to post sometime soon with either an update or a shitpost to hold ya over.

Update Time!

I made sure to keep my promise, so here's the updated ref sheet and doodle!

Decided to give my sona a proper nickname (one of my other nicknames) and simplify the design in some aspects while upgrading others! Main reason for the upgrade was that the shoulder spikes on the previous one looked out of place and the fingers just looked... off. (aka my shoddy ass attempt at making more realistic fingers came out looking like a completely different body part) So I decided to amp up the supernatural aspect of their left arm prosthetic and turned the spikes and claws into crystals! (They can still bend them, they're just more rigid since, well, they're rocks.) But that's not the best part! Behold... the new ability!

Kai's got a shape form now! They're able to shift in-between at any time, or simply transform their wings into the secondary pair of arms if something's out of reach. It really just comes down to preference (or whichever form I decide to draw them as) on what form they want to use!

Currently working on updating my sona's ref sheet since I really looked at the current version and realized the spikes and the fingers on the celestial (now Void Beast) arm look weird (the fingers in particular) and needed serious fixing. As a sneak peek, I'll be putting 2 small doodles of Kit/Kai below, and you will be able to see the changes I made to the fingers. I'll then release the updated ref sheet and a bonus doodle explaining a new ability I gave myself.

(Btw the ref sheet is actually finished, but I want to complete the bonus doodle so you don't miss out on some juicy sona lore)

Soo... I got bored and made an attempt to recreate Sebastian in Crk with all the current accessories I have...

It's kinda close, I guess? I dunno, Crk doesn't really have much aquatic-related accessories for MyCookie, so I really had to think outside the box. Thoughts?

Fuck it, have another shitpost cause I've lost the will to live. This week's edition: my phone and it's weird-ass touchscreen.

Yeah... I've bought (and made) several styluses for my phone and none of them work, yet an ACTUAL APPLE I got from the GROCERY STORE is able to work just fine, just can't do precise tapping since it's the size of my big-ass hand. Why is my phone like this? I guess I'll never know unless I can conduct more tests. Anyone else know of any other fruits or veggies that can interact with phones? Lemme know so I can test them out!

Finally got my Gabriel plushie~!

...And the first thing I did to him...

I slammed him against the nearest wall and fucking choked him <3 This is for all the runs you killed, you golden-clad scumbag! I've been trying to do damageless runs and my ADHD ass can't even compute his second boss fight [The Apostate of Hate] so I've been redoing it over and over in my spare time whenever I could. One day I'll get it, just... not today... I'm gonna take a break from that and do some Salmon Run. Sorry I haven't been active lately! Some financial stuff came up and lost the internet for a week, and that basically killed my creativity, so I'm trying to cope and get back into the mood. Hopefully I'll post more MFM content soon to make up for missing JSAB's 7th birthday!

I'm wanting to redesign Sakura; nothing too major, just wanting to fix up the head and legs bc I want to make them more insectoid looking to more closely resemble their mother Mothra, but... I need help with the head.

Do I 1. Keep current head shape and just attach moth antennae? or 2. Use this new design I came up with in about a week ago to get it across that Lizard + Moth = Fluffy Dragon?

If you have any other suggestions that could possibly help, please tell me! I want to keep their head shape mostly the same, I'm just wanting to alter/add/remove parts and make the colors more simplistic for future animations (if I ever make any.)

Howdy ladies, gentlemen and fellow eldritch horrors!

As you can probably tell if you've ever looked at a calendar, May is fast approaching, which also means Shapes of May is as well! This year I'm deciding to participate for the first time, but as with anything else I'm putting my own spin on it.

Instead of one week for each canon character or whatever, I'm instead gathering new test subjects victims patients - your OCs!

I'm just going to do one big drawing for the month, to celebrate both JSAB's birthday and BM's! Here's what I have planned.

Until May 1st, you can submit any JSAB OC of yours by reblogging this post with their ref sheet.

I will add as many characters as possible to the drawing. Unsurprisingly it's going to be themed around Dak's office!

The characters will be BM-ified to better suit my style and universe!

You can submit any JSAB OC you want, as long as it's not a canon JSAB characters (the bosses, player shapes, friends or other random canon guys)

So! That's the plan. I'm posting this now because I have finals coming up and am likely to forget otherwise lmao

Fun fact: Sakura can and will eat severed limbs/other body parts if they're given a chance (their body can easily dissolve bones thanks to their radioactive nature), so if Dak wants to use them as a trash can for any "mishaps", they'll be happy to take any leftovers as a snack >:3
