Kai's Hair Journey Week One: Day One

Today on Sunday January, 25 2015 I decided to start my hair journey. I have been looking up this and I will accumulate some tips. Every I will do a routine day and night. I'll do a weekly length check. Every 25th I will do a length check and every January 25, 2015. Also some things I will do is drink 2 bottles of water a day. Exercise 1 hour a day. Massage my scalp everyday and use protective hair styles. This will be either everyday or every once a week. I really want long healthy hair. So that is it for now!
