Lord,

Teach me to listen quickly and speak slowly, especially when my thoughts feel restless.

When feelings rise and old memories pull at me, help me pause instead of reacting.

Replace impatience in my heart with patient strength from You, so I do not let anger shape my choices or steal the peace You want to give.

Give me a quiet mind that returns to Scripture, and a steady spirit that holds on to what is right, even when healing takes time.

God, grow roots of courage in me through waiting. As I slow down and trust You, keep my heart soft toward Your correction and your guidance.

Let Your peace guard me day by day, until patience becomes my inward strength.
