I was working in a yard today, and this little guy seeded and grew in another garden in which it didn't belong. It was going to be cut down, but I chose to save it and put it in my own garden at home. I guess I like saving the little plants that doesn't belong. Kind of similar to the way God saves us... We don't deserve Him, but He still picks us, replants us, and cares for us... He makes us beautiful.
I'm back, and I'm better.
The other day while I was on my way home from my vacation, I had the idea of starting to blog again... but not just what I've blogged in the past. Not just reblogging pictures and quotes. "I" really want to start writing out my thoughts. I have changed my name, due to a career change. I am now working for my father with his landscaping company... and it has inspired me more than I thought it was. I'm probably going to unfollow a lot of accounts that I follow and follow other accounts that actually blog: anything related to passion, Jesus, plants, hobbies, life, etc. I think blogging is a healthy hobby to have and I think putting my thoughts onto something may help my mental anxiety in the long run! I hope so! Here's to being back and being better.
I’ve learned that the best way to prevent huge loss heartbreak when God removes someone or something from your life is to live from the mindset that the only thing in this life that is actually yours is Him and eternal life.
“Continue to rely on the grace of God”

“Don’t think about what can happen in a month. Don’t think about what can happen in a year. Just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.”
— Eric Thomas (via minuty)
“Grace is the whisper when you’re standing in front of the dark that says, “I can’t make this less scary for you, but I can remind you that you’ve walked through it before.”
— Brene Brown
If we are not changed by grace, then we are not saved by grace.

I also pray that God would give us new affections for Him and softer hearts that are sensitive to Him in every area of our lives and that makes us strong and fearless.
