There is a complete list of who was on J.ubilation’s Future X-M.en from the B.attle of the A.tom card game. The line up had a few surprises on there that weren’t mentioned in the comic, such as Lady M.astermind joining J.ubilation’s team.

That said, if any of you would like to discuss what you think would have happened to your muses in the future that J.ubilation would know about… I don’t necessarily want to assume things about your muses. So please, feel free to let me know.

Patsy dipped her head down again, obviously avoiding Jubilee ( this Jubilee ), and her brows knit together tight. Anxiously Patsy’s lips rubbed together as she chewed on the inside of her cheek. Imagining this Jubilee’s timeline, this other dimension, other world, other time and place, made her stomach lurch.

❛  We weren’t friends?  ❜ Her gaze eventually rose, but her vision was still out of focus, hazy. The thought that Jubilee and Patsy weren’t friends felt like a punch to the gut. She wrung her hands together, trying to obfuscate her watery eyes. 

                  She stopped for a moment. ❛              what am I like? In your world, I mean.  ❜

They must have been particularly close in this timeline if she was reacting the way she was. Jubilation had only met her a few times, usually during missions. But there was such a stark difference in personality between the two of them, that she had hardly even considered seeking friendship with the other. She hardly sought friendship at all after awhile.

❛  We weren’t. We never really spoke. ❜ She spent so much time recovering that by the time she was finally at a place where she felt comfortable going back out into the world, she was too different to really seek the same things she wanted in life before the incident. It was nothing to do with Patsy at all.  

           They always wanted to know, didn’t they.  ❛             still alive, if that is what you are asking. You ran some sort of agency for powered people. Worked with the Defenders. The X-Men took up all of my time, we rarely met.  ❜

How do you describe a friendship? Moments? Milestones? Days, months, years? Patsy dipped her head, eyelids fluttering closed for just a brief tick. ❛ We’ve been through a lot together. ❜ She smiled despite herself. All the capers, the shopping trips, the agency.   

❛ Jubilee      ❜ She stopped and met the woman’s gaze. ❛ She’s very special. ❜ Patsy stopped again. She? You? ❛ She’s important to me. ❜

All of this was foreign to her. To her timeline, her memory of events. Whenever this friendship may have bloomed, it surely happened in the years between when her timeline was destroyed and now. ❛ I see. ❜ She would have to look into this further, it piqued her curiosity.

❛ My timeline is different than this. ❜ She said in an attempt to assure the other that she hadn’t forgotten an important relationship, just that it never happened. ❛ We were never particularly close. ❜ A pause  ❛ But I am glad she’s important to you. ❜

Did someone ask you to tag your posts with body horror???

Over on my J.ubilee blog, yes. Which I’m sorry, I will not tag J.ubilation’s scar as body horror. I did tag the one shot where I wrote how she got the scar because I wanted to cover my bases as it was pretty gruesome, and I tagged it with gore too, but I’m not tagging scars as body horror as I find it is incredibly disrespectful. So I either recommend not following this blog if that kind of thing upsets you (you in general, not you personally anon) or I’ll tag it as eye trauma if I am asked to. Otherwise?
