I was gonna leave this next bit under the cut but I like the lore or fanfiction ideas I’ve had about these too much. These are the other pictures in the series (so far) in reverse chronological order. I’ll probably make a “Emmet day”, “Emmet day 2” and then more that are more unique compared to these few eventually. Keep in mind I made the first picture (the last painting in this post) without thinking, I wanted to make submas angst but I had also only just seen the sygna suits, loved, and needed to draw them. This story was cobbled together afterward.

If pla is not cannon in masters you can go with the idea that arceus removed changed time to make it as if Ingo’s disappearance never happened… to everyone but emmet. This performance concept thing would be Ingo helping emmet deal with the memories and traumas that only he had. But I also think that’s far too sad. I’ll say they don’t talk about it in masters because they either think pasio won’t believe it and/or don’t want to bring bad vibes there, whether that’s actually spiritually is up to you ig. I doubt Ingo retains his memories of hisui in this universe. Maybe he remembers some things, or remembers something entirely different. Maybe the performance is also Ingo’s way of showing people fragments of what he does remember. Maybe it also makes it less traumatic for him.
